This was my first order of Phonebook
This was my first order of Phonebook . I was pleasantly surprised both with the quality of the prints as well as the delivery service and updates . Extremely satisfied .

The print quality was poor
The print quality was poor. Despite providing high quality photos the print was pixelated. Also I was expecting the photos to cover the whole page or at least 90% of it. However. It just cover around half the page thereby reducing the size and main the photos too small. And I purchased the largest size available on the site.

Smooth transaction with scope of improvement
The overall product and delivery timeline was fine.
The free digital booklet thing shown on the site did not get it.
Also the inability to personalize the back cover is something that needs to be looked into.
Also option for glossy finish is missing.
Option for payment through wallet is also missing. Work on that to.
