Great product - Amazing customer service
I ve used opimalprint to print thank you card. I received the batch very quickly but unfortunately the print results of the pictures were not exactly as I was expected - it came a bit darker (my fault).
After contacting the customer service, Optimalprint proposed me to re-process the complete order for free! I modified the pictures and received the new batch printed perfectly.
Such a great after service. Highly recommended!

Reliable and fast
I ordered invitations for my daughters birthday and the service was fast and good quality. Very easy to use and I like the variety of designs to choose from. The price was also reasonable.

Great service & experience!
Great service- we found the customer service was wonderful as we needed to re-do our cards and everything was handled and dealt very professionally and quickly. We really appreciated the service and love our cards! We would highly recommend Optimalprint to others and will use them again in the future!

Internet design tool on android phone: 3*
Transport choice (Bpost) and delivery: 3*
There is a problem with moving content when opening a saved (on cpu) design later on a android phone.
Packaging was sturdy but not waterproof, this seems important for printed wares ...
Transport from the Netherlands to Belgium would work better with PostNL, they deliver Saturdays (in Belgium!). Bpost cost me 2 days extra waiting.
