Found out about this company through word of mouth and wanted to try them out. Couldn’t be more happy. Customer service was top notch, Adele was able to sit down with me and talk cost savings and still getting the performance out the computer I needed. I ended up purchasing two PC and within three weeks (hell of a turn around from a ground up build and parts being shipped). After the purchase I received a follow up text asking how satisfied I was (extremely) and was informed of any issues that may pop up to contact them immediately for trouble shooting or warranty replacement. Great guy, very sincere and eager to work WITH you. Highly recommend and will be our ch asking more from them in the future.

I had purchased 2 gaming computers for my kids in December. After after about 6-7 months, one of the motherboards LAN port went bad. I tried to RMA the motherboard through the manufacturer myself. They would not honor it due to it being a prebuilt PC. According to their (Optimaltex) they claim to warranty their parts for 1 year. I left several messages on social media, no response. So I emailed the "support" tab on their website, still no response. I finally took to Google and found a number for an employee of theirs. I contacted that person and they said to give them the serial number and all that so they could start an RMA process. Also said to use the "messages" tab on their wesite because they usually do not check the support messages. Well, here we are, still no response after several messages. This was a month ago since I called. I almost forgot to mention, they didn't even include the 6 RGB fans that I had paid for in these builds. And one power cord was missing. At least they did reimburse me for the fans, but I had to go and buy a new power cord. I never recieved a new cord they said they sent. I normally build my own PCs, but I was in a pinch and decided to go with this company. Terrible decision on my part. Convienence isn't always better.

Ordered a pc in February, they told me mid April. Mid April I reached out and they said GPUs on back order, and to check back in July and if at that point they still don’t come they’d refund me. I gave them an extra week or so and here I am, early august, no computer and no refund and now, im not receiving anything back from their business pages. No telephone number to call and the Business emails are NOT being replied to either. Terrible customer service. Hyped you up with low prices to get you to confirm an order then beg you to stay and stick around because they don’t have in stock what you ordered. If you order with OptimalTex, you’re literally just throwing away your money. Order elsewhere. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have requested a refund for my order that has not been completed. I requested the refund on the 7th of June. OptimalTex stated that they will process my request and consider it approved. I messaged them on the 22nd of June and OptimalTex stated they will check the account that day and will send a refund confirmation. I have yet to receive any of these.

I placed an order in January 2021. Optimaltex replied via email on March 2nd saying they are waiting on my graphics card and it would be shipped from their manufacturer on the 16th. I have tried contacting them with no replies thier last contact with me was March 9th. It is now May 4th.

I took my original 1 star review down, but I’m back to leave yet another, and this one will stay! This company took my money, and then informed they didn’t have the gpu on hand, I waited and waited and heard nothing from them! Demanding a refund, take your money elsewher, optimaltex is a joke

Great website and product. The proses took a little longer than I liked (being 5 weeks) but other than that the people were patient and understanding of my questions and got back to me strength away. All in all would recommend to others.

I purchased a pc in august for my son had to send it back two times due to damage, not sure who caused the damage just knw it was not me or my son. Been waiting for my money for a month now. Ups said they sent back the item and refunded the company for the damage. I just want my money.

Purchased a computer for my sons birthday and far exceeded my expectaions with helpfulness and spot on answering of any questions i had or issues. Runs amazing and all the rgb colors my son loves so great company and great people.

Awesome customer service. Adel attended to all my queries. Got the item in time as promised. Just one suggestion, they should put inventory updates on their site. Nevertheless, i had a good experience with Optimaltex, would buy again :)

So a few months ago I went to get a PC through OptimalTex and some things came up to where I couldn't follow through with the purchase. These guys were class act through that whole process and then a couple months went by, I was able to finally get a PC. When I was wondering what to get because I'm not the most tech savy, these guys guided me through everything. My game of steam is Apex Legends and they even pre downloaded the game to get it running at top performance for me when I was to receive my PC. I couldn't be more happy with the all around experience dealing with OptimalTex. Great customer service throughout the whole process up to keep me posted with pics and performance updates on the PC. Rocking the OptimalTex Solid Series Build, getting 100 fps on WoW, 144fps on Apex Legends, and 200-260 fps on Rainbow Six Siege. Just want to let these guys know they have a forever customer from UxumakiTV, Couldn't have Picked a better trustworthy company than these guys.

I didn’t Received my item because they saying should be the billing address also from US not only the which one from US shipping address that’s very bad

The customer service is absolutely outstanding, I would recommend this company just off of that alone. They built me an absolute gem of a pc and kept me up to date the entire way. I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

Bought a item (that didnt show it was out of stock) but it was. Had a wait time of longer than I wanted. But once they realized the items wasn't going to be sent out anytime soon. They gave refund quickly.

Only bad experience I had is that the website doesn't show a item is out of stock. Other than that, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say that if the pandemic wasnt going on . I think they would be great place to buy from

Site said something was in stock, allowed me to buy it, then a few days later told me they didn't have it and refunded my money. A GIANT waste of time, leaving me without a PC for days; when I could have just ordered from a different vendor. Other stores show "out of stock" when they don't have something ready to ship. I guarantee I'll never be going back to this site after this experience. When I need a part, I need to know that the money I'm laying down will actually secure what I need. "Here's some money, go see if you can find this for me" is not an experience I'm interested in.
