Amazing session with the lovely anastasia! She was so informative! 8 hours flew by and so much learnt! Really recommend the optimized phlebotomy.

I have had two sessions of laser and believe me it has made such a difference. Optimized staff are very friendly and experiance. There laser machine is one of the best - Deval is such a nice person and very experienced. If you can’t make your appiontment they are happy to change this over for you and are very flexible.

What a great and excellent place to be. The staff are nice and very attentive to your needs. This special lady Deval goes beyond and above to make you comfortable. They have modern machines that delivers. I have seen massive improvements in both my hair and skin

Shaz is who I speak to and to be honest nothing is a problem. Very helpful and always willing to get the order done quickly and in the post. Once bloods have been tested then shaz is always quick to email results through.

On Wednesday I had been for a laser hair appt with Deval. I must say she is brilliant. She was very informative about the laser and very professional. Right after seeing her I decided to book another appointment on the weekend. Honestly everyone needs to book with her. She’s too good!

I have had multiple treatments from Optimized Body and Mind Luton.
• Blood test (taken nicely and received results swiftly on time)
• Hay fever injection (Suggested by the receptionist Zoya when she saw me struggling a lot during my visit there)
• Laser treatment (I was just curious to see the results so I booked it, Miss Devi is a truly professional nurse who treated very gently and results are surprisingly good)

I was previously getting laser done at another place using the ND:YAG laser but was not seeing effective results. I was researching a lot of places and found that Optimized use the latest and best laser machines, since booking in I have seen incredible results after only 2 sessions, it’s less pain and faster treatment. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating with appointments. I’m now on my 4th session with Deval and she has been wonderful, she makes me feel very comfortable, goes over each area thoroughly, and checks in to how the treatments going, really recommend this salon and Deval!

I recently became interested in vitamins and it’s importance and I came across optimized body and mind on the web by chance. I decided to do one of their courses on vitamins.

The class took place in a professional setting.
The class was a small group , so you got the individual attention from the trainer.
Our trainer Anastaia , had experience of the the healthcare and was very knowledgeable. She covered the content and ensured we understood step by step. We were able to ask questions and didn’t feel rushed.
She made us feel as ease when doing the practical and was encouraging.
Anastaia highlighted the importance of procedures and how important to follow them .
I look forward to completing further courses with optimized body and mind.
