SCAM company - ordered my PCR, it never arrived. Calls and emails being ignored, never got my money back.

Fantastic service. Great price. Easy to arrange all PCR and lateral flow tests. Special thanks to Nurse Zainab who not only conducted our PCR tests efficiently in a very professional manner, but who also went above and beyond to help with arranging lateral flow tests on return and ensure we had a stress free trip. I will definitely be using their services again.

Wouldn’t use again.
The process to get my “fit to fly” lateral flow results felt weirdly unprofessional; you send your personal information and a photo of your result to a random number on WhatsApp. I hear they’re refining it but that’s how it was when I used Optimized. A small positive: they were surprisingly very responsive via WhatsApp (once I managed to find the correct number), and the certificate they provided was fully accepted by the airline.
As for my Day 2/8 PCR, I never received my Day 2 results. I am writing this several weeks later, and still absolutely nothing received. Also I’ve been completely ignored via my repeated messages/emails. I stopped caring because I had decided to pre-purchase a Day 5 “test to release” (with a different test provider!), so after my negative Day 5 test result I no longer cared about my Day 2 results and thankfully also no longer needed to do the Day 8.

I booked a day 2 test with Optimized which I collected. I met with Zainab who explained the whole process to me and was very helpful and just so lovely. I have travelled many times during Covid and can say this was the most efficient and best service I have received from any testing site. I would highly recommend Optimized.

My Mum is still expecting her day 2pcr test, it's 7 days now, poor service all round, don't think Govt should add them to covid testing center because they are scam.

Absolute value for money and staff go above and BEYOND to help you. I’ve been ordering my LFT and PCR tests through these guys a lot, as a travel frequently.

I’ve made some errors with the orders a couple of times and the absolutely fantastic and professional team have been able to rectify them ASAP.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough!
