I would say one of the worst…

I would say one of the worst experiences with customer support. In the beginning when the agreement needed to be signed everything like usual was great, after that total disaster. People are changing, people don't have available last talk information, are very rude and not open to solutions only their truth. Looking at what you can get from the platform it is not worth signing with this company.

Great tool......but they need to continue to develop it. we struggle with editor issues at times, and it still can't provide all of the types of split testing schedules we would like - despite technical support promising it would be released 14 months ago.

Support Issue Resolved

I had an issue with their editor and was able to get a live technician on the phone and answers to my question. Time from initial call to hangup was only 3 minutes. Good customer service to boot.

ZERO Flexibilty

We're an online marketing company that constantly launch and test new websites. Optimizely refused to give us a price because they wanted a list of our ever changing domain names. Wasted my morning trying to get a price out of them.

If you want a flexible split testing solution, look anywhere else.
