Very impressed with the excellent customer care support.
I was very impressed with the care and attention from Lauren.
I had some issues with my payslip, and She guided me on how to open it; I had some questions about what was deducted from it, and Lauren explained all the details to me; she was friendly and patient.
It sounds normal, but some umbrella companies can be challenging.

The Beata’s calm feminine voice
The Beata’s calm voice, talks to you like you are human you are worthed and not like a number on the screen and worthless.
Explains everything in polite feminine manner reflecting her resonality and you know that not only it will be done, but it will be done in a right way that will leave you with a smile and knowing that all is done right.
All the questions were answered from both sides and extreme patience and politenes while I was getting some of the answers for her.
Yes it is very rare to talk to some person just once and to make your day better and more beautiful then before the conversation.
