the start of the cooperation went badly,
At exactly the same time as I opened an account with you, I opened an account with another broker ... all the formalities (the same as with the other broker) were completed - including the processing of my application took 10 days longer with you. So completely incomprehensible are your advertisements about opening an account in 10 minutes .... when you then have to wait ‘ages’.
Among other things, due to the information that I corresponded by email, I made 3 international transfers according to the wrong data and thus lost more than $50 (by the way, the company could, until reaching this amount, not charge fees for opening/closing positions).
a big handicap is that you do not maintain a toll-free (international) phone number as is the case with at least two brokers I know.
Two dots for the efficient service already after the account was funded and the smooth connection of me to the sierra chart system.

First, while we respect your right to compare brokers, we are focused solely on maintaining our high standards of regulatory compliance, not adjusting our processes based on what other brokers may or may not do. Particularly when handling foreign and corporate accounts, we are required to follow strict verification procedures that naturally take more time than a simple individual application. These steps are not optional for us—they are part of operating as a regulated and transparent broker.
Second, regarding commission charges: we cannot waive them, as all futures trades incur mandatory exchange, clearing, and regulatory fees. These costs are industry standards and cannot be eliminated by any broker without compromising regulatory obligations.
Additionally, we onboard a large number of international clients regularly without complications. Unfortunately, we cannot explain why you encountered difficulty following the process, but the structure and instructions we provide have consistently proven successful for many traders around the world.
We do, however, appreciate your recognition of the smooth service you received once your account was funded and your platform setup was completed. We are proud to deliver strong support once the account is active.

By far the best broker I’ve been with
By far the best broker I’ve been with. I’m a long veteran trader for trading about 7+ years with 2.5M AUM. I do wanna say, I had a lot of issues with well known brokers until moving over to Optimus Futures. The whole on boarding process is smooth, depositing around high 5 figures with no issues, and now trading live smooth.
Jake my man, calls me for any issues when he sees something going wrong or if anything needs my attention. I usually call him weekly to just catch up and give him good wishes. Thank you again and I truly appreciate it.

Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
I've only dealt with two people: Jake and Marilyn. Both excellent but let me give a shoutout to Jake. He is one of the best techs I've ever dealt with... and that's saying something since I go back to the days when the Ba$tard Operator from Hell was the norm.
Jake is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. His instructions are clear, concise and easy to implement, even by a "noobie_trader," It is always a pleasure to deal with him. In fact, I look forward to it, though I don't get much chance since he usually resolves an issue without any need for clarification or follow-up. So it's kinda nice to get a chance to show my appreciation.
