I am really sorry to buy from this bogus company
I received my order and when I opened the box I was met with a really strange scene
My order box was completely empty and full, I immediately took a photo of the waste paper and quickly sent it to customer service
They brazenly accused me of lying
Is it possible for the customer who is waiting to receive the package to wait in front of the door with a scale, weigh the package first and then pick it up?
They tell me that it was jacked from the warehouse and left safely. Yes, it is true, but was it checked during the delivery to the house?
Unfortunately, this is unreasonable customer service and it is wrong to be honest with them
They look at the customer as a liar
And since I don't have the power to defend myself, I just have to play the role of the victim
They are really deceitful and liars
Unfortunately, my money was wasted and I got nothing
Please others be careful before buying from this merchant company
It is really unfortunate
And disappointing

As we have also informed you by e-mail, all parcels are weighed during the shipping process. As you are aware, a box containing only paper does not weigh almost 1 kg. A box containing the products you ordered, however, does.
Fortunately, we have the necessary checks and balances in place to detect fraudulent complaints.

Delivery was not completed on time. Instead courier sent it to a pick store after 4 days. During this time one of us was working at home.
