Everything was explained to me in detail, giving me the opportunity to make up a decision for investing. Manjit was the one who kept me informed and acted as a liaison between me and the sellers and the solicitors!
Throught the process she kept her professional ism and listened to all my queries, giving me the solutions I needed. But not only that, her after sales treatment was beyond imagination

This was my first investment in the property market,
I was put off by the number of times i had to send my contact details just browsing the wed site

I was contacted by Bal Bains, who listened to my requirements', he came up with a great suggestion which i followed up on.

After paying the deposit i was passed e very capable hands of Manjit.
She guided me through the whole process, dealing with solicitors pedantic attitude, i hope they have found some others. she was there 24/7 . Restored my faith.

I bought a student flat for rent from this company and as stated by one reviewer, I had exactly the same experience.
Their solicitors Axiom were asked to close shop by the financial authority and we have not yet received our title deed for the registered flat. When calling Manjit and Benjamin Lane, all we get told is that there is a backlog at Land registry hence it has not come through!! I am planning to consult a local solicitor and find out what is the real reason?
In addition, their lettings agency SSL lettings went bankrupt without paying the full 2 year return on investment. It has been taken over by another lettings team, who only contact by email and have paid pittance as rental income for this flat.
The property value when checked with the local estate agent has dropped by 20k and we are basically stuck with a huge loss! Complete shambles. I would probably give a 0 star.

Regular responses and out of hours help made this a hassle free experience plus full explanations of things I didn’t fully understand

Manjit is the star of this show, she works tirelessly to get things done and chase everyone to keep matters moving. Very impressed with them and will definitely be using them again, especially Bal who finds amazing deals and really understands what investors are looking for. 100% amazing

I have purchased a few properties from Opulent in the past 2-3 years. I have to say each one has made turned out extremely well for me. Despite have a few niggling doubts about the last one I purchased in the North East, they were actually able to exceed my expectations in that they told me the net return would be 7% and it was at first but the property today is actually earning me close to 10% net due to some fantastic work by the director Sanjit in ousting the previous management company who were underletting the building, and appointing a new managment company who found tenants quick and all of whom were happy to pay a lot more than the previous tenants. I can’t thank the team enough for all the care and advice they have given me, I would not hesitate to buy from Opulent again and would strongly recommend this company over the other property investment companies that I have worked with previously.

I have worked with Opulent for over 2 years now and i can honestly say the team are very passionate and dedicated to their work. They always go the extra mile to make sure their clients’ needs are met.

I have a serious complaint about this organisation. Incluenced me to buy a student studio flat saying 3-4% annual capital gain with 7% net rental income for 2 years!! Hey, do you know what happened? Suddenly, their management company went bust just before 3 months in arrears rent was due. I tried to contact Opulent guy but just went quiet and no response. Paid £67k and wanted to sell but now the estate agent valued £40k only with no sale guarantee.

I lost about 9 months' rent when the next management company took over and received the first payment figures from them was like 2%. And you know what? They do not want to talk to you over the phone about the expenses. Never.

After posting the review, I was contacted by Sanjit who has been listening to my grievances and sympathised with what had happened. I am hopeful that it will be back to what it was in the beginning but until it is sorted, I would still leave my reservations here.

Their follow-up of the service they provided at every stage and their sincere efforts to resolve any possible unwanted complications were invaluableI would like to thank Mr. Bal and Ms. Manjit for their valuable support.

I was new to this type of business and a bit concerned but I had a great experience thanks to Ben first and Manjit then who really answered any queries that I had. I had the pleasure of buying two properties through Opulent Invest. The after sales team at Opulent Invest were very helpful and supportive during very complicated process with a very difficult lenders. I am an expat, so doing the process on line which is not simple. However, with Bal Bains and Manjit Nanglu's kind support and the efficient work of my solicitors Richard Kong and Annie Wong of Spencer West LLP I managed to complete the purchase. What impressed me most about both teams is their excellent communication skills and their availability during all hours.
I am really grateful for being able to receive these professional's help and support. I will of course, happily use their professional services in the future.

Dedication of Opulent staff especially Joseph Jara and Manjit.
Joe was able to take us through the buying process and went all the way (more than 4 hours trip) to do a virtual connect from the cottage.
He clarified all our questions on buying and management of the cottage.
Manjit was very instrumental during the exchange phase with her regular connect with our solicitor. They all did well in closing the deal without so much pressure.

It was a wonderful and positive experience having my goals and expectations fulfilled along with having accessibility for any queries that I had was truly invaluable.

Majit and Tracy have been very helpful and very patient with us and an amazing advisors.

We also got a refund back for the developer, as they never do as per the reservation form that are signed, as we had a bit of an issue but manjit and tracy where very helpful to get the issue resolved. Thank you very much for all your help Manjit and Tracy.

Lack of professionalism, I called with 1 hour and a half in advance to cancel my viewing since I had an emergency, and AMAN LAL (the agent) hanged up the phone rudely.
