Opulent's property management

Opulent's then newly launched management agency started off well with the first tenant find and report, however it quickly spiraled downhill. There was no response (or extremely long if I hadn't contacted the main office's contact) and moving the deposit from their agency to my new tenant management agency was an excruciating process despite the new agency contacting them on numerous occasions. Finally when that tenant did move out they were basically forced to return it directly to the tenant after their refusal to sort it out.
All in all, Opulent, of itself, is not the cause, but the management agency and its head is absolutely the cause of ill and strife. Don't use them for that.
