Opus is one of the best ai tools that i have come across. They are very honest and i was so amazed at the refund of my credits whenever there is a system challenge. Their interest is not taking money from their customers but giving a service that is worthy what one pays for. I love how they promptly help me schedule my social media with ease. It has made my social media content creation easy and less tiring.

Let me lead off with this: of course there is room for improvement. Can you make more granular edits in a dedicated desktop editor? Sure, if you already know how. But in the "pick my best moments" department, Opus Clip does so much better than other tools I've used. It's sped up my personal workflow quite a bit. Our social media team at work uses it, and it's been the best option for them as well.

Other platforms that are trying to compete with Opus Clip are trying to make their experience look EXACTLY like Opus Clip. That says a lot about how good Opus Clip is.

Recently, I reached out to OpusClip with a problem, and their support team responded quickly, clearly, and with genuine care. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it makes all the difference when you’re juggling multiple projects and don’t have time to chase down answers.

I appreciate the help I received, even though I understand their program didn’t cause the issue. What matters most is that OpusClip didn’t leave me hanging — they showed up, listened, and worked with me. That’s exactly the kind of company I want to partner with.

Opus clip Ai software has become extremely buggy as of recently causing video footage to become pixelated, break apart and completely unusable. Their engineers have not been able to fix the issue for months now and their customer support is terrible, providing no solution and closing tickets if you don't respond in 20 minutes to their Emails. For a software that costs several hundred dollars a year to use I am shocked at how poorly they handle technical issues with their Ai software and how poorly they treat their customers.

Our team had been using Opus under former leadership, we somehow had two subscriptions, had canceled one, and were surprised to learn that another account was still active (tied to a former teammate's email). Mike was incredibly helpful in changing ownership of the old account and helping to navigate the billing issues. Opus will be top of mind if we do decide to move back to our previous content strategy. Thank you again!

I’m not one for writing reviews, but my experience with support was excellent. They were responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the assistance and the smooth experience.

The team was exceptionally helpful. I inadvertently missed the deadline for canceling my subscription. Upon realizing this, I promptly initiated the cancellation process and requested a refund, along with the termination of my subscription. Their response was very accommodating, and they processed the cancellation efficiently.

Opus Clip customer support via chat is fantastic. Though you don't want to use a AI bot, once they can't help, they get a real person quickly. That's so appreciated and they're quick and thorough to resolve.

The app is simple enough for those who don’t have experience with video platforms, yet flexible enough for experienced users to customize it. Most of all, it’s a time-saver for all creatives.

Opus clip is really cool. Works really well to make long form content into short form content. Which is vital these days and super helpful as a time saver. Love all the features that detect taking out the “uhs” and “ums” that alone makes it worth it.. then it’s got transcript and narrative options for captions. That’s not all, but I digress, I’ll let you figure it out. ;) enjoy.

I love this editing tool! It’s so easy to use even if you don’t know what you’re doing (like me). The support I get when issues arise or I just need help with a feature is truly appreciated. These guys go above and beyond to help. I make all my friends use it that edit content clips.

Do not use this platform.

The platform didn't do what was expected.

I cancelled my account in plenty of time before the next billing cycle.

Yet they tried to take the funds!!!

I emailed them and Ollie responded to say this this is cancelled and they would no longer try and take the funds.

They have continued to try and take for the last 2 days, even though I was assured that they would no longer!

Do not use.

If you have a podcast and you don't use Opus to cut up your content I don't know what you're doing with your life. (Also their customer service geezer Ollie is a legend)

I love the the work flow and the help the afterhours staff provide.

OpusClip is an excellent tool for converting long-form video to short reels. The tool gives control over the clipping process and allows publishing to multiple platforms simultaneously.
Support is very responsive when I encounter an issue.

I was not using Opus clips since I initially purchased an annual membership due to having many other irons in the fire as a solopreneur. I may go back at some point. Did a good job with the clips. Had a hard time cancelling but they did finally resolved my issue.

Incredible customer service they actually do get back to you and solve your problems RENZ was incredible. Thank you for this service its superb and makes my life as a digital creator much easier!! I recommend it highly!
