Bad overall

This is the worst Epos In history. The only point of sale that have managed to take my card but the system just does not work

Brilliant company to work with

We've had an excellent experience working with Opus for the last 8 years. Brilliant service getting our system moved across from our previous EPOS. They even came all the way to Shetland to make sure the changeover happened with no problems. Niall and all the team have been excellent throughout the last 8 years solving any queries we have and helping develop any new additions to the software we have needed.

I would highly recommend Opus. Always fast to resolve any problems and have always found everybody to be very helpful.

Opus are THE best!

Opus have always looked after our computers and programs. I wouldn't trust anyone else as without our computers our company cannot function. Customer service is second to none!

Reliable Partner for 20 Years

We have been working with OPUS for 20 years and have always found their support team to be helpful and quick to resolve any issues. OPUS consistently improves their products and has completed several bespoke projects for our business. The system effortlessly supports our multiple stores and online site, making our operations seamless. Our business would not be where it is today without the OPUS retail system. We are always pleased to recommend OPUS.

0* If I could!

I find it suspicious that these reviews mention "25 years" with the company. Their website and blurb go on to suggest it was founded 30 years ago, and the correspondence with Jon and Niall suggests this also. However, a review on companies house states it was founded in 2010 - a large difference from 30 years! It simply can't be true!

My experience has been awful to start with. This company really should not be allowed to trade, their till system simply doesn't work. The card statements do not reconcile, and they are claiming they have "no record" of my company - I am owed thousands.

Worth a call to demo

Very good product with an after sales service to match. A lot of features and reports that can be utilised by most businesses. From our experience, extra bespoke features can be developed on request.

Retail EPOS / Till System

I searched around for a number of months for a new, robust EPOS system for my 2 retail premises.
I was informed about Opus Retail Solutions as a potential solution for me.
Niall & the team have been fantastic & over the next few weeks we pretty much designed an EPOS solution for my business. The equipment, software & training provided by Opus was absolutely 1st Class. The 24/7 support is also a great piece of mind as the team are very prompt & helpful to deal with any changes, issues or simply questions I have.
I would highly recommend Opus, by far in my 14yrs of retailing they are by far the best I have used, I only wish I knew about them 10yrs ago..

Great service and support

Opus have managed our EPOS system for many years and they continue to offer an efficient, friendly and bespoke service. If you ever have any questions or issues they are always on hand to sort it out. I thoroughly recommend Opus and have been a happy customer for many years.

Fast, Effective, Reliable, Value

I have been a customer of Opus Retail Solutions since 2021, and in that time have found their product to be reliable and comprehensive.
Their service desk is consistently helpful, and their culture is progressive, making ongoing changes and updates to the software to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
The product they offer is excellent value for the operational savings I make using it.

Terrible

The overall experience with Opus has been horrendous. It started out terribly with a poor installation and a worker that clearly had zero idea of how the “system” was setup.

The self ordering screen simply does not work - with regular orders going missing, along with card payments!

I’ve attempted to reach out to the team regularly but there is zero response.

Overall - steer clear!

Overall poor

Firstly, I had high hopes for Opus. The sales process was smooth with Fari and Marty.

Really disappointed, however, because the system was overall not what I expected.

After a few weeks I noticed discrepancies and overall is a system that is not working well.

Unfortunately we needed to use another system now as it doesn’t work the way it was sold.

Do not go near the company. Overall a very bad experience, trying to add strange charges to bills
