They will send you the wrong watch, then when you return it for the correct one, they will stop responding to you and never refund your money!
They also make you pay for your own shipping to return it!

I waited 2 months for delivery and when it finally arrived it wasn’t the watch I ordered. Do not buy from this site.

I couldn't rate them ZERO stars or I would. The watch took two and a half months to receive, only to find the wrong one was sent. I could get a refund if I returned it, however, that cost more than the watch. I was unable to set the time because we couldn't get the little dial to pop out to di so... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

The watch I ordered was not the one delivered and as for The quality I could bye a more realistic one at toys r us I will be taking this up with pay pal / stay well clear of this company

I received the wrong watch! I ordered a Rolex Explorer 1 and the sent me a cheap knock-off a Rolex date just . I’ve seen better on the streets of Chinatown in NYC . I should have checked the reviews. It’s a total RIP-OFF.

Ordered a "Rolex" Explorer 2 (42mm) 2 months or so ago. Watch finally arrived today but instead of the 42mm, the watch I received was the previous 40mm version with cheep pressed steel clasp as used on the earlier Rolex watches. Far too small for my 8" wrist!

ONLY PAY WITH PAYPAL!!! Paid, over 2 months later, NO WATCH. This company is fullashit. They kept telling me, "its on its way, its on its way". I contacted paypal, filed dispute, 2 days later, got my money back. Any other type of payment would have taken months. But better yet, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This site is a scam. They've had my order for over a month and are unable to give me a delivery date. I've since filed a dispute with PayPal.

I t would be zero stars if i could, in Jan 2021 i ordered a Seamaster paid £128 GBP they stated 10-15 working days, fine, its now 68 days and no watch, all they keep saying is "wait 5-7 business days" "your watch was shipped without tracking number", they are Crooks Scammers and low life

I ordered 2 watches in Dec. of 2020 and they told me twice it would be 5-6 business days. Here it is now Mar 8th 2021 and they have not shown up. They took my $300 but never sent me my watches. These people will rip you off. BUYER BEWARE

As others have said it’s a pity you need to award a star.
This company is another Chinese scam be very very aware.
You will not get your Order and if you do it will not resemble what you ordered
Guy reckoned it would take 20 days to arrive. 25 days later I contacted him and said it would be another 20 days but definitely had been posted.
Not tracked ($140 watch and not tracked????!) so he had no evidence it had been sent!!. Nearly 80 days later still no watch but thankfully PayPal has refunded.
I would stay way well clear of Opwatches, not worth the hassle

Received my watch after 2 months
Wrong watch , looks nothing like the picture on there website . Tried emailing them responded by sending me a tracking number for the watch they sent me.
Reported to PayPal I hope I get my money back .
They really shouldn’t be selling anything

I don't understand this company. They take your money via PayPal and don't send the goods then PayPal refund. Why don't PayPal stop there services with them. Just all seems a waste of time for everybody.

This sight is a scammer don't do any Business with them.
Never shipped and customer service will give you the runaround and never give you any answers. PayPal should block then from using there services. Read other reviews it's the same thing over and over . Sorry i didn't check them out first.

Does anyone know out of what country he operates. It is a legal matter this person is an obvious thief.

I purchased a watch 30 August, I received an empty box 23 September. At this point I am attempting to contact them via email of either the return of the purchase money or the watch.

Well time for the final update. At just about week 4 which is a long time but not unheard of, the unit arrived. The look and weight of the watch was fine and the details we visibly ok. The movement felt loose so it will never be water resistant. Otherwise the item ok except TOTALLY THE WRONG WATCH. I ordered an Omega Speedmaster Moon Chronograph and they shipped an Omega SEAmaster single dial non chronograph watch. When I wrote with the error they replied right away to give me a discount or return the item so their service overall has been ok, but considering the time to receive the item and not knowing if it will ever be what you paid for. I cannot recommend those vendor. Not a scam by any means but just not ready for prime time.

Purchased from this site and they give me the ran around for almost 2 weeks and finally the tracking which didn’t work for another 2 weeks and all of the sudden tracking works after me contacting and opening a dispute on PayPal, I don’t know if they are Scammer or not but what I can assured you is that their customer service sucks and careless and I doubt this is a company and is more like a dude with a website and he just order from another source and is making money this way, I’ll update my review to good or bad when I get my stuff.
UPDATE on my experience!!! 9/22/20
PayPal informed me that the seller never reply to them and is like they vanished and I got a full refund, Well according to the tracking and my postal service the package will be here tomorrow and now I have a peace of mind that I have the funds secure untill I get the items and if everything goes according to my plans and the Product is good quality then I will definitely pay opwatches their money and I will 3rd update on this review. Still have my opinion on their customer service that is sucks beyond believe. My best wish is to have good product and the seller to get his part too.
9/23/20 FINALLY they are here and not the watches I ordered they are cheap replicas like the ones that you see on the flea market, I search the address in the package and turn out to be many websites with the same address and there’s thousand of complains about the address in my package everyone complains about getting wrong and cheap items so this is definitely an organized scammers!!!!!
