Promised refund never received - now being completely ignored!

At first, I thought Oqium had great customer service - but month later I'm still waiting for my refund and I'm being completely ignored.

I placed an order (#166340) on 17th August 2024 and later returned the items, in accordance with the return policy. On 18th October 2024, I received an email confirming that my refund had been initiated, yet months later, I still haven’t received it.

I have tried to contact them multiple times and even sent a letter-before-action, but I am being completely ignored.

I am now initiating a complaint through the UKICC.

Worst customer service in the world!!!!

Delivered the wrong size item, I emailed customer service multiple times, I called the contact number and had no response back. I have had to send the trainers back at my own expense but will be taking things further.
