Don’t shop online basically

Don’t shop online basically. Maybe local is better. They sent the wrong item. Completely wrong item. They will not respond at all to emails or calls. I’ve reported to trading standards for breach of distance selling law and put in request from bank to reverse the charge.

Disgusting service no response

Placed an order on 20th Sept 24. Still not received. I have Called many times, emailed, complained through their site NO RESPONSE absolutely disgraceful. Where is my order or refund!!!!!!!

nice worker!!

I visited this store during my trip to Amsterdam during summer and I’ve had a really great experience ^^ I went to buy a jersey top as a gift and the worker there was really nice although I didn’t understand dutch. I told him what I was searching for and despite not being sure if it was in stock, he still went to look for the sizes I was asking for and even went to get different models for my liking. I ended up buying one and to my surprise they had a really big sale so I got what I wanted for a much cheaper price than expected! I’m definitely visiting the next time I go to the Netherlands cause I really appreciated the customer service ^_^

N0 response from customer care.

The company refuses to respond to my requests for support and never answer their telephone lines. They seem to rely on the "If I ignore it, it will go away." It's one way of making money/stealing...I suppose.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my kids at the end of april. I’ve never received it. Oqium told me that they will check with the delivery company but I have no news from now. Still waiting for my refund !
