The team was professional and courteous, but I found their response times to be slower than anticipated. Nick was so helpful and informative and helped me understand the policy, the process and was very patient with me.
I did have to speak with him a couple times over the week as had to speak with my existing policy holders. Information was sent to me via email quickly and well explained
