Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Best deal found online. Delivery was quick. I am disappointed that the new electric toothbrush does not have enough grip when cleaning. It is too smooth a surface when wet and constantly slips down in my hand. The noise is much less then my old oral b vitality brush which is a great improvement. The new brush head feels comfortable around my teeth.

I was happy with my oral B pro but this one is better. Think it is a bit softer so the bristles reach tricky areas more easily and the result is a deeper clean. Downside - more expensive brush and replacement heads.

This is my 3rd electric toothbrush
This is my 3rd electric toothbrush. The first 2 didn’t last too long. This one I purchased directly through Oral B, so my expectations are high. So far I’m loving it and my oral hygiene feels nicer again paying more attention to my gums.

Goods arrived in good time but over-packaged. Goods arrived in a large box, 2 - 3 times the size itneeded to be. Packaging could have been at least 50% less.

Great toothbrush and very impressed
OMG, I have been using an electric toothbrush for years and never really thought of how much it could improve. So I took the plunge and upgraded to the IO5 brush, and so glad I did!
My teeth feel so much cleaner, and I can use the app to ensure that I am brushing my teeth correctly and with right amount of pressure and time. Would highly recommend upgrading if you already have 1 or buying 1 if you don't use an electric toothbrush, as well worth the money.

The product itself is good and seems to work well. One star taken off because it didn't come with an adaptor for a regular 3 pin plug socket

Excellent upgrade from my old brush.
The io3 is a new upgrade from my old Braun ultra 3D toothbrush. The io3 is far superior in comparison. I would recommend to anyone considering a new electric brush.
