Sunbeds ordered in April still not arrived contacted them by email no response ive been scammed avoid them like the plague robbing bastards .

Scammed, contacted 'the company ' via email 3 times to chase my order, fobbed off every time, asked for a refund! They replied, can't have refund till item is delivered!!!!!??????

Stay away!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Cheap, low-quality rubbish from the usual place. Takes months to arrive, no customer service or follow-up, and the same robotic answers.

I have read previous reviews here and too have been scammed on tik tok shop never again will I use tik tok shop as its to easy to get scammed, still no bed and also my card has been scammed to the value of 304 euro just yesterday so please DO NOT BUY this fold away bed, it doesn't exist!!!!!

I ordered a camp bed in April. I needed it for mid May so thought I had plenty time. Got a tracking number which I couldnt track. Emailled a few times for updates, one reply said it had been delivered to the wrong address but had been uplifted again from that address and was on its way and could I please give them a chance! Wish I hadnt in the first place 😡

I ordered a bed on the 6th May 2026 and as of the 27th May 2026 still not delivered. Received a number of e mails stating it was on its way!!! Tracking number provided. Requested refund. No contact. If you look on Tik Tok it is still being advertised for sale. Absolute scam!!!

Scammers no bed no refund

I purchased a foldout camp bed. I was sent a tracking number for delivery. This tracking is saying item delivered. After 60 days and numerous emails to their service dept, I have still not received my item. They are just telling me it's on the way. I have requested a refund twice, to which im told I can only receive a refund when I return the item. Go figure. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a scam
And, just for the record, the UK phone number thats attached to their website is not in use !!!!!

Ordered 3 in 1 sofa bed sun lounger for my dad. £22 . Never came its approx a month .no delivery details were sent.no tracking. I have been scammed before but this is different. They keep saying on its way. .but message is always the same. Il get the money back prob.because i paid by klarna. But not the point wasting your time. All these scammers seem to be on tiktok mostly. Not tiktok shop their ok.
