Terrible experience with their new Kickstarter for the Foldio360. I have paid hundreds of pounds for a product I have still not received and they have completely ghosted me. DO NOT TRUST! They will take your money and you’ll get nothing in return!!!

Very happy with the Foldio 2 Plus also the company were very helpful with all my queries. After sales service was very good. I bought direct from the supplier. Just be wary of customs and duty charges because I wasn't aware of these before purchasing but should know for next time I order from outside the UK.

What an awful experience with the Foldio 3. Within months of moderate to light use, one of the lights began to flicker to the point where you cannot use it for photography. No problem I thought, these things happen so I reached out to Orangemonkie and they were initially helpful and offered a replacement. Great... or so I thought.

Initial contact with complaint about the flickering light was November 2018. They requested a video in their response, which I provided swiftly then they went quiet on me. After numerous to them throughout November, their next response came on the 20th 'Oh no. When did that happen?' and 'Is it still broken?'

After that attempt at customer service, my following attempts at contact in Jan 19, March 19 and May 19 were ignored.

Both lights developed this fault within 6 months and no replacement. Just poor service and awful product.

Edit: To top it all off... they don't actually unsubscribe you when you unsubscribe from their newsletters.
