Regrets for placing an order
Well what can I really say. One of the worst orders of food I placed in my life. First of all we were looking to order food and we started searching close by restaurants so we came across orangeroom-Lebanesemile restaurant and we saw some interesting food so we thought we'd try it and we placed our order without reading their reviews. After receiving it we were shocked as we thought it was a wrong and not for us so I straight away phoned the the restaurant to ask if that was our order and they confirmed it was. I asked the so called Ali the (manager) who was one of the worst customer service manager I have spoken to. I asked if they were charging each CUBE of chicken £1 and he said yes literally we are without any hesitation and I said is this how you treat and speak to all of your customers and he said yes. So guys even if you want to waste your money I would say waste it somewhere where you'll at least get some respect as a customers
