The sign was perfect, however, on multiple occasions I asked for a shipping confirmation/tracking number and was not provided one. The item arrived several days late which lead me to believe that this was scam, however, the item eventually arrived.

I had a lot of trepidation, but Chloe and the team did an amazing job on my custom signs. The price was great, the workmanship was spot on and Chloe worked with me to get it designed to look the absolute best! I'm very pleased with my signs and will look to use Orant Neon again in the future!

Everything was as they mocked it up. I did the rush shipping and was shocked that it met my very tight timeline. Overall great production and looked amazing for our event.

Very good communication. I ordered three signs all arrived on time and work well. My only wish would be better instructions on how to use the remote control or maybe a different remote, but overall I'm very satisfied.

Like anything being advertised on FB, I was leery. Turned out in this case concern was unfounded. I had a custom sign made for our hangar and it turned out spectacular. They delivered on schedule and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We bought a series of signs for our live game show experience and they are amazing! The quality is absolutely professional and they come prewired with 12 volt converters to just plug them in and they work! The LEDs can be adjusted in brightness with the remote and they install very easily!
