I had a very positive experience with Orbisify. I would highly recommend the company! Their products are great and their customer service is even better!

My four year old has been patiently waiting for her Halloween costume to arrive. I have yet to get my order from them, but their customer service has knocked it out of the park! Multiple times a day, she asks if the ninja turtle gear has arrived - instead of telling her no for the 100th time, I decided we would email the company together; that way, she could see that I was at least trying here. :) Within hours, we had a reply with a tracking number, estimated arrival time, and a nice note assuring us we would be ready for the festivities well in time.

Orbisify is awesome. I must have made a mistake witjh an order, ordering duplicate items. They were quick and responsive with this issue and are sending correct item to me free. Great customer service!!!

Hello, I bought an EWA A106 Mini Bluetooth speaker at Orbisity because I was certain that the product would be shipped from the USA. To my surprise, the shipment comes from China with the delays incurred. I am still waiting for the delivery of my purchase. I'm disappointed

Orbisify is the best online shopping experience in terms of service and quality.

The customer service is amazing, it has helped me unexpectedly even though I always ask too many questions, in every question I got the right answer, everything that was said was also in reality about the product. The quality of the products is in the highest class, especially if you compare them with their prices. In this review, I am leaving 4 stars for the reason that the product was delayed a day more than expected. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Being a satisfied customer rarely happens to me haha...

I have recently bought three baby bed anti collision and the price was $149. It didn’t realise that the price listed in US dollar instead of AUS dollar until I received a notification from my master card. I contacted Sarah to cancel this order as it seems over my budget. She’s so helpful and beat the price to AUD$160 for me. When I received the items, I found that one of the item can’t be assembled as the parts are defect.
The team organised to deliver another parts for me within 5 to 8 business days. I really appreciated for their prompt response and action.
I am looking forward my 3rd items and the parts coming.
I am satisfied with their after sales services.

Just purchased the school bus for $49.00
The school bus they advertise on their web site not the same bus I received .
songs are in Chinese, poor quality and very small shipment came from China not from NY . They offered a 40% refund I decided not to take it because people should be aware. I got scammed , will never purchased from this company ever again😡

Orbisify is a must try webstore. Their customer service is 5 of 5 and product came exactly as advertised. Needed help with assembling it, and I asked them by live chat. Their customer support agent replied within 2 minutes and helped me from the beginning to the last step. If you are willing to purchase online, you must give Orbisify a try:)

Their order page states 14-day free returns. They had an inaccurate website description and would not provide a free return because my order was under $55. This policy is stated on a separate return policy page. They also offered to give the item to me for a 5 star trustpilot review and a positive Better Business Bureau review. Reviews are not supposed to have incentives or payments tied to them.

Very satisfied with the delivered products, satisfied with the delivery time, very satisfied with the customer service. These three things I value at a serious company, and all three of these Orbisify is 5 stars. Thanks for the service.

I ordered some swim goggles that claimed to have prescription polarized lenses.

The order page states 14-day free returns.

The lenses were not polarized as stated in the listing so I contacted orbisify.com to request a free return. They then pointed me to a page that stated free returns only apply to orders over $59 and that I could either keep for 50% off or pay for return shipping to China which would be more than the value of the item or I could keep the item at no charge if I left a 5 star review on trust pilot and positive review with the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased with Amazon Pay so after repeated contacts with orbisify.com and letting them know I would do a chargeback if needed, I have filed an Amazon pay A-Z claim in the hopes of getting a full refund for an item not as described.

Trustpilot states that reviews are given without payment or incentive. orbisify.com offered an incentive for a 5 star review... I would leave a ZERO star review, if I could, given this negative experience with the vendor.

Satisfied customer with products received by Orbisify, quickly received order and very high quality of baby products. A mother satisfied with the service received from the customer service (knowing that I ask a lot of unnecessary questions at times) all the answers were accurate and helpful. Thank you Orbisify for the service and discount.
