Great price and service
Great price, free pick-up and drop-off at Queenstown Airport and a hassle-free hire. The car was very basic, the radio didn’t even have Bluetooth, but the price was so low and the scenery so stunning that the radio wasn’t missed at all.

Efficient collection
After walking the wrong direction we found drivo. The collection process was efficient and courteous. Everything was explained and the car was presented with a minor issue. The issue was corrected very quickly. Return was equally efficient and painfree.

Ease to make a booking and a great price too.
If you don't need the premium insurance coverage you need to toggle this on/off a few times to ensure it's not added to the final price.
Best deal I could find and with a known rental car provider (in this case Budget). I would use Orbit again.

Clearer instructions
I probably didn't read the instructions properly but when you pick the car up the representative waits at the arrivals and not at the car rental area, there was a lot of walking backwards and forwards. This needs to be in bold print.
Dropping the car off i was verbally given instructions of where to go but 3 weeks later it was confusing to find the right place. Written instructions or a pin to the correct area would have been helpful.
Having said this the car was excellent and really competitive price

Great experience, Bree is helpful, friendly and is a real credit to your company. The car was clean and great to drive. We got picked up and dropped off at the airport which was a simple process, thank you to the driver! I highly recommend Hao to anyone looking for an easy hire process.

Occasionally things go wrong and its what a company does then that really counts.
After making a booking, on acreen message said aomething went wrong and to call them.
I called the number provided.
Person on end disnt aolve problem (said he had).
Chased up by email, problem solved.
Phone bill arived and their number is exorbitant premium rate, asked for refund, turned down.
Looks like the system "breaks" so you have to call them, which coincidentally makes them more money. Seemed scammy to me.
They had many opportunities to do the right thing.

Great experience with Orbit, Thifty not so good.
Great experience with Orbit. Loss of one star due to the wait in the airport at the Thifty counter which needs more staff. Also, Thifty should have better cars. The car tracking or tyre pressure was out and had significant drift. This should be checked prior to going out.
