Came to fix leak at short notice. Quick and efficient. Helpful and friendly.

The plumber came the day after my phone call as arranged, identified the cause of the problem which was a much reduced flow of hot water from the kitchen mixer tap, replaced a faulty part and removed the airlock so that the hot water was flowing normally again. He was pleasant and efficient.

Company were very easy to deal with to book an appointment for a boiler service. Costs were made clear in advance. Kept updated on engineer arrival. The engineer was prompt, polite and very professional. Received report and invoice promptly following visit. Would recommend and will be using again.

I’ve used Orca for a few years. We had a gas leak 2 days before Christmas. They managed to fit in a repair and saved Christmas for us!

Orca are just the best! The service from Tony and the team is first class, nothing is ever too much, they appreciate they are coming into your home, often to do a messy job, but they ensure everything is protected and you won't even have known they were there (other than your heating is working again!!). They identify the problem quote prior to the work, follow up and explain what they need to do and why. Payment is taken after the work is completed. Having found them, I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve known and used Orca for a while and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. They are prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. Most recently they dealt with a boiler in my son’s home, it was making unsettling noises and emitting noxious burnt smells. They attended and immediately diagnosed problem. Went to get replacement part (not easy as boiler is 23 years old!) fitted it and problem solved. Thank you James you are a genius.
