Great website and lovely range of products. One of the items I ordered was out of stock so Sam contacted me quickly to let me know. When it was taking longer than expected, she dispatched my order with an alternative product. The order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. Sam has since sent the product I originally ordered to me at no extra cost.
Fantastic customer service with a lovely, friendly lady. I will certainly be ordering again.

I have ordered two pieces recently from Orchard House and I'm delighted with them both. One was delayed and I received an email to confirm this was the situation. It arrived really quickly directly from the supplier and was really well packaged. Really pleased with the quality of both items. I'll be back!

I had a great experience from start to finish. I had some questions that were answered promptly and once I placed my order everything arrived very quickly. I ordered quite a few items and everything was beautiful, high quality and packaged very well. The service was excellent and very friendly and I’ll definitely be back for more.
