I’m very pleased with the throw. The colour is vibrant and true to the picture representation. After quite a while a few creases sustained in packing have still to come out, hoping they will.

Lovely cushions. I'd already bought two previously and were so pleased with them, I ordered two more!

I ordered 5 cushions. The box they arrived in was flimsy & 3 cushions were exposed. Fortunately, none were soiled when unpacked. Rain or water would have caused extensive damage.
I am happy with the product but would hesitated to order online again.

I have several pieces of your furniture and love each one. Most recently i bought a faux cactus, which looks so real that you cannot tell it is faux, even when you know it. I wish they sold a bigger one!

Very tricky buying large furniture items unseen online but Mimi was very helpful in assisting me on this remote challenge. I felt confident to buy unseen and she handled the sales very efficiently. Very sadly the goods arrived with slight damage sustained in transit. There was no quibble and another piece of furniture was despatch with haste to replace my damaged piece. EXCELLENT service that exceeded all expectations. I will try and visit the store when I am able to thank them in person. Fab product, beautifully made - I am highly delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending

My cushions were delivered promptly and add a lovely splash of colour to a dull corner.

Ordered a ceramic umbrella stand, it come within a few days , was very well packaged.

Having already purchased ‘paoletti’ cushions before from Orchid, I was excited to purchase two more to add to my cushion ensemble at home. The colour (orange) is beautiful and didn’t disappoint at all. My only negative is that the cushion filling isn’t as robust as the filling in my first purchase. Other than this, Orchid remain my go to shop for all things related to cushions and beautiful home accessories.

Excellent quality of service and products

The item of furniture is as lovely as all the other pieces I’ve bought from Orchid. But I’ve taken off one star for delivery. In the end my side table was delivered by Orchid’s own delivery people, who are superb. But initially it was to be delivered by Parcelforce who were as unreliable this time as they were last time they delivered to me.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Very pleased with lamp and the prompt delivery. A very positive experience all round.

I am thrilled with my blue and white large ginger jar and so lucky to get in the sale. The service was quick and efficient and I loved that the packaging was so well done that the jar withstood being handled in the post but minimal packaging. All in all I couldn’t feel happier, thank you Orchid.
