After paying $100 in advance, I got the package COD (213 EUR)!!!

I ordered pills from Order-Cs.com and they promised to deliver my order from EU country, because any order prescription medication from different country are in The Czech Republic prohibited. Of course the order got to custom and was confiscated by the custom office. I wrote to the customer service at Order.Cs.com 3 times and no answer. At their add they promise money back if there will be any problem. It's a big SCAM. Please people don't trust this web!!!

I finally received my order. Took three months and once it was reshipped, further delaying the delivery. My biggest issue was the lack of communication. Plus, they say you can't track. Not true. I was able to track the order. I've used them for 4 years i think, never had a problem. I get it... COVID, but like I said, it was the lack of communication that had me fuming. But once it arrived, quality of the products is as good as ever. But i don't think i'll be ordering again. If so, i'll do it now so when it takes 3 months, it won't matter

Just want to say thank you. It's late due to the pandemic. Sorry I was impatient but I m glad I received my order and I just reordered!

It's been 3 months and I've still gotten nothing. They claimed no tracking but then then the website had a tracking number that's fake. Apparently the order was resent (possibly after my bank contacted them) and that one does have a real tracking number but the shipment still hasn't shown up in the allotted time. I no longer have any use for the order because they jerked me around so long but I'll likely never see my money back.
Update: I have gotten my money back and the order is still not in the US according to the tracking number.

Order finally arrived, i guess the pandemic has slowed the system down. Hope they get back to normal soon.

I have to say that I am extremely happy to have received the order. I was somewhat concerned due to the great amount of negative reviews, which I read right after I had made the purchase 😕.
Some days after I made the online purchase I wrote asking for a tracking number and the customer service replied in a prompt manner not only with the number, but also with the links where to track the order.
On the other hand, I thought products came from Switzerland, that's why I had originally thought that I would receive it faster, since I'm in Italy, but it was sent from Singapore and with covid 19 it took 1 month to arrive. So that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I think they could specify that the prrpduct is shipped from Singapore and so that the delivery time can be up to 1 month from order, this way we customers avoid getting freaked and stressed out for nothing.

Scam - do not use. Order not received after 7 weeks and card was scammed - thankfully card company spotted it. Pretty unsustainable business model but some scams work like this and don't care unfortunately......

This company used to be good, not any more though, something must have changed with them?
I have used them four or five times in the past and they have been very reliable however my last transaction with them has been a disaster.
I paid for meds some two months ago from writing this review and nothing has arrived. I waited longer than usual to check back with them because of Covid situation realizing this would cause delays worldwide and giving them the benefit of the doubt.
They have a live chat where you can make contact which is good but they just lie to you.
Firstly I was told I had cancelled my order, which I had not then I was told a credit had been issues and to check with my card holder. I did and it had not.
I contacted them a further two times and got the same answer and to wait a few days as they assured me and a credit will be received, still nothing. On the last two occasions I made contact and pointed out it had been two months and promises had been made before but nothing materialized. Once they know you are not going to believe the credit is on the way story they don't want to talk to you anymore and cut you off!
I can only assume something has changed with this company because they have gone from being a decent company to do business with to outright scammers and I have been caught.
Fortunately it was not a huge amount but if anyone is thinking of dealing with them I would strongly advise you NOT TO. They have the odd good review here and I can only assume these have been planted by themselves to counter all the extremely negative reviews I see they now get.
It is a shame because they used to be very good once up a time.

I have used this company several times without problem. I placed an order on 26 March and after reading previous reviews thought this order would not arrive. I am pleased to say that it arrived today in full. Hopefully problems are now over and suggest if you don't receive order you contact them again

Don't use them or any of the sites they own. Your credit card will get scammed.

On the 2020-03-23 I ordered the following inhalers Combivent 50/20 mcg x 1 inhaler] x 3 = 73.68 £63.4 worth!
Today finally I received my order but it was ordinary Salbutamol that I can get free of charge in the UK. This is a gross mistake by CS.COM. Not only have I waited for a long time for this delivery but when I get the order delivered, it's the wrong order. Tried contacting but telephone number I rang doesn't answer! Tried the web chat. Waste of time too. Useless company. Will never use again!! Avoid like the plague we are having at the moment.

Have used this company for a very long time - maybe 6 years - with many orders having been placed and then received, all like clockwork, in that time, with never a single problem before May 2020.

Unfortunately, I think the company has a new owner or something, because my order is over 4 weeks late arriving yet I get no reply to emails nor to web forms, and the Live Chat function has been “locked for abuse”.

It’s a shame because it was once so reliable and it’s thrown its reputation in the bin, practically overnight, with this new way of operating. I’m moving house so, assuming I’ve lost GBP200, I’ll never use order-cs again.

Meanwhile you can see a massive spike in complaints about the company online. I’ll be surprised if it’s still in business at the end of 2020 - and all because it stopped replying to worried customers attempting to track down packages.

Incidentally, has anyone else been told to get a non-delivery confirmation from their local post office? It’s a ludicrous expectation, given how postal systems operate. International post works one way and Order-Cs expects it to work another way entirely - so nembets of support staff are ignorant of How to handle lost post - I’ve therefore lost all confidence in the company.

M I think it’s really sad that it’s ended like this, especially at a time like this. On the plus side, there’s bound to be a successor ivery soon after its gone for good. So chin up everyone!

Very bad company or a kind of scam . My order not receive yet for almost 3 months now I’m asking for a refund but they email me back asking more money to deliver again blah blah it’s a scam I’m trying to find out now how to report this Of kind act .

DO NOt order from this monkey of a company...i made a order un march...i still have not received my order or my money back.....very bad poor customer relations...company keeps saying they are going to refund my money....no money back yet...save your money and time..thid company sucks!!!!

Taking into consideration the current crises the world is experiencing I understand a substantial delay in the delivery of items ordered and PAID for. My order was placed and PAID FOR on 4-6-20 and have not received anything to date 6-7-20//What is most egregious is the nonexistent customer service. All attempts through phone calls, emails, and smoke signals have been ignored. I assume that I have lost the $204.00 on these medications. I have ordered from them before and received what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time considering it was coming from southeast Asia to California. 61 days with no delivery of items ordered and no communication from this company is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and upset about the loss of a considerable amount of hard-earned money...😡

Well, a package arrived yesterday with the meds I've have been waiting for since 4-6-20. I was not home to receive it and since a signature was required I will go to the post office today and retrieve my package. After doing so I will report back if all items that we're ordered were in fact delivered with said package. Fingers crossed...

Well picked up the package today and the items I ordered and paid for arrived yesterday and picked up from the post office today. Placed order on 4-6-20 and received them on 6-16-20. There you have it folks, two months and ten days from door to door. The tragic part of this whole ordeal is that this company could have salvaged some of their customers by being forthright and letting the customers know that although they paid for express shipping, the package would be very late, but is coming. That would have put my mind at ease and given me the opportunity to practice patience. Instead they chose no communication or interaction with their customers and left everyone thinking they had been robbed. I would consider this a failure to communicate. Sending a blanket email is free and easy to do. It would have saved a huge customer base and subsequently their company.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone below who wrote about their experience. I was fortunate and able to get ahead of it. It was very odd they call you to confirm you card details and take 24 hours to send you confirmation email of an online purchase.

RIPOFF!! I ordered $285+ for pain/anti-inflammatory meds 7wks ago & NEVER REC’D, & I even pd xtra $30 to expedite & track order bc I’m in severe excruciating pain! Order STILL NOT rec’d!!, & NO REPLIES to my 3 emails either!! Last wk rec’d tiny box w only 40 pills (that’s 1/4 of one med, ONLY, so still missing other 3/4 of them PLUS the other 5 meds!! 😡🤬 Also, first 2x I pd my order w them, bank declined pmt & froze accts bc suspicious activity (co. has bad reputation!?) 3rd time Am.Exp declined pmt bc suspicious activity/charges too! The co. emailed me & I told them pmt denied bc fraudulent activities! The 4th cc went through but MY ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED!! 😤🤬🤬
