Shame you can’t give zero stars
Shame you can’t give zero stars! This stupid app did not work the entire weekend that we stayed at the hotel that was tied into using it! The hotel had mistakenly removed their phone system from all of the rooms and relied on this. Due to its failure, we had to go to reception or the bar to order room service, which completely defeats the point! I would actively avoid any establishment that have moved to this dumb app!
