I recently ordered blinds from this website. It said next day delivery but make a note it is working day. Also make sure that what you order matches your colour and material they provide. I paid for next day delivery which is super expensive and received after 2 days, when I reached out to them about not happy with the product they redirected me to the point it is custom made and cannot be returned back. I had ordered standard size of 55 cm, which they refused. Just be sure before you order would be my advice.

The service you ordered was our Next Working Day Despatch Service (£10) plus our Next Working Day Delivery Service for UK Mainland (£8.95), which is how we advertise it online. If you received the blinds within 2 working days from ordering, we have fulfilled that service.
We apologise if there was any misunderstanding about the colour and material matching, however we always recommend using our free sample service, due to different light and colour settings between computer monitors - due to this, we are unable to guarantee the image will display the same on every computer.
We would also advise checking all details thoroughly before placing the order, given that our products are custom-made and hence, non-returnable.
We highly appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive for clarity and customer satisfaction.

If you need a good quality blind you are in the right place. We ordered a black out blind with cassettes and the product we receive is absolutely perfect. The shutter mechanism is fantastic and it is a complete black out blind system. Fitting was very easy. Delivery was prompt too. 10/10 and I would highly recommended

Excellent service and product
I wanted a roller blind made with my own fabric which was a single duvet cover. Order blinds were very easy to communicate with, replying to emails promptly. The roller blind arrived very quickly and was perfectly made. Their price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

These blinds are very well made. I can't believe how easy they are to fit and how sturdy they are when fitted in place. I really didn't want to drill lots more holes and create mess so these blinds are perfect. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional Customer Service
Back in January 2021, I had purchased 3No Blackout Roller Blinds and was very pleased with the product. However, recently, I experienced a fault with two of the roller blinds where the plastic "Brakes" on one side of blinds had snapped (this part ensures the blind sits firmly flush to the window sill).
I contacted customer service via email and explained the issue. The customer service assistant who responded back, understood exactly the problem and confirmed that she would send out replacement parts at no charge.
This kind of customer service is very rare today and it is for this very reason why I have used/recommended Order Blinds to many friends and family.

Good quality and finish, arrived promptly
We wanted to order a waterproof blind for a bathroom; Order Blinds seem to be the only company with a good variety of patterned options rather than just a plain colour. When it arrived we were really pleased with the standard of finish, it looks great.

Don't buy cassette blinds from here!
If you are thinking of ordering cassette blinds from this company think again. They refer you to a video on how to measure for them which is the middle of your recess, however they actually go on the front of your recess so chances are they won't fit. The quality was poor to say the least, its a shame you can't upload pictures. Whilst the company have offered to remake the blinds the quality isn't going to be improved. £250 in the bin, an expensive mistake which is a shame as I wanted to order other blinds.
UPDATE
Today we removed the stickers from the wall which the blinds sit on. It's pulled all the plaster off the wall. The room has just been redecorated in Farrow and Ball. Pictures have been sent to Order Blinds with a request for replacement paint. This request was rejected so now I have to purchase more paint and do the work myself. As most of you are aware Farrow and Ball is not cheap. This doesn't even include the amount of time it's going to take filling and sanding these 4 walls. Their response was 'we will support you', support me how? I'm definitely going to need therapy after this ordeal. Total balance in the bin £325!!!!!!!

We understand that the blinds didn't fit quite right, and given that you have the Mismeasurement Protection Insurance, we offered to remake the blinds in different sizes. We're all about making sure our customers are completely happy with their purchases.
We've noted the damage caused to your walls due to the stickers and we empathise with your frustration. We regret the inconvenience and the additional costs you've had to bear. Though we can't cover the cost of the paint, we're eager to assist you in other ways.

The quick service but some problems
The quick service and price were both to be commended. I feel their daylight range with white backing is bonded to the roller the wrong way around. As supplied you see the white (backside) of the line at the top of your chosen coloured blind. I had to fold the blind back on itself and have it roll the opposite way around. This way the blind clears and protruding window handles and avoids the horrible clash of colours.
The only other thing is that the blinds fabric REALLY smells of its manufacturing process. To the point of a headache. They have been up one week and the smell is starting to be less noticeable when you walk in to the room

The blind you ordered is a digitally printed product on a white base fabric which is why the reverse side is white, we do try to make this clear in our product description.
Our standard roll direction is designed to have the fabric roll over the back of the tube, but we can offer a reverse roll upon request. Our customer service team will reach out to you to ensure that your blind is operating correctly after your manual adjustment.
Regarding the smell, we apologise for any discomfort caused. We use high-quality materials and UV curated ink in our manufacturing process, which can sometimes result in an initial odour. However, it is safe, and we're glad to hear that the smell is starting to dissipate as we would expect.
