I am very happy with my order and great…

I am very happy with my order and great communication with company before my order was processed as I ordered personal photo blinds and I had a lots of questions and had an answer very prompted. Very easy to fitting follow unclouded instructions. Blinds looks great. Just recently. I lost my last one dearest dog and it’s very hard to take for me so I decided to order blinds with my babies together and now I have they in real size and feel like they’re still here with me.

Very disappointed with the service I…

Very disappointed with the service I have received. Blinds arrived without instructions.
I had order from them before so didn’t envision any problems with this order. I hadn’t checked the small print so booked a fitter at a cost of £30 call out. Fitter was unable to complete the job as pelmet’s are quite tricky to fit without instructions . Now will need to pay fitter for a second visit . Stacey in customer service was just not interested. They called it human error on there part but my fault for not reading the small print… unhappy customer - Just Beware 🥲

We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrange for a fitter, only for the work to be delayed due to the missing instructions.

As soon as you contacted us, we sent the fitting instructions over by email so the installation could be completed. However, as set out in our terms and conditions, we’re unable to cover any additional costs for fitters or return visits:

“If you are using a blind fitter, we do not recommend booking a fitter until the blinds have arrived and they have been inspected to ensure there are no defects and everything is present.”

This policy is in place to help prevent situations like this, and we regret that this was not your experience on this occasion.

We would also kindly ask, out of respect for our team, that individual staff members are not named in reviews. Please be assured that your comments have been shared internally so that we can address the matter and improve our service.

From start to finish my whole…experience was nothing short of excellent

From start to finish my whole experience with Order Blinds was excellent. My emails were answered quickly, very efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. I had several blinds that were only millimetres different so they were all labelled - brilliant. I cannot recommend Order Blinds highly enough.

Great company

Excellent service and great quality product.
I ordered 4 free samples to find the exact shade I wanted, they arrived quickly. Once I had selected the colour I ordered the blind. The website was easy to navigate and use and gave plenty of information about fitting the blind.
As this is a made to measure product there is a short wait between ordering and delivery but the blind arrived ahead of time.
I will definitely order my blinds from this company as each room makeover nears completion.

The blind looks great

The blind looks great. Measuring was a bit stressful in case I did it wrong. The chain is a bit short, my wife isn’t very tall. Also the chain rubs on the edge of the blind when lifting. I can foresee problems in the future with wear. Good quality and so easy to fit. The chain only rubs on the edge of the blind when lifting or dropping. It’s not a problem for me because I can reach ok. I would recommend these blinds to anyone that doesn’t want to drill holes.
Update. Order blinds contacted me and sorted out my small problem. Well done.
Will definitely use again.

Terrible blinds and customer service

Blinds were ordered including a measure guarantee. Of 5 blinds ordered:
- 1 arrived damaged so couldn’t lock into its housing
- 2 didn’t fit into housing
- 2 went up ok but 1 has subsequently fallen down and the other has become locked at set height
Customer service response has been non existent over 4 week period

Poor customer service & response times

Ordered 2 blinds similar in size different colours.
Mad them both the same. I was made to send numerous photo & video evidence to prove their error. They agreed to replace & wouldn't guarantee remake time, having already waited 2 weeks for them.
Promised to be informed of delivery time, they didn't. Had to chase & after a further 18 days, they hadn't even started to make them.
Gave up & got my money back, which at least they were prompt with! Must have plenty of experience of that process.
Poor customer service & response times.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve carefully reviewed your emails and the photo you provided, and we can confirm that the blind you received is indeed a daylight blind. As shown in your image, light clearly passes through the fabric, which is a defining feature of our daylight range. In contrast, our blackout blinds block all light through the fabric entirely.

It seems you are comparing the daylight blind to a sheer blind, which is much lighter in weave and allows not only light but also a view of the outside through the fabric. These are very different product types, which is why we always recommend ordering free fabric samples prior to placing an order, to ensure you’re happy with the texture, light filtering level, and overall appearance.

We also want to take a moment to address the tone of both your emails and this review. We fully understand that receiving something unexpected can be frustrating, but your message contains disrespectful language that is neither appropriate nor constructive. We're always happy to help and resolve any concerns, but a polite and patient approach allows us to do so more effectively. Leaving a negative review without first giving us a fair opportunity to assist is both disappointing and unhelpful for all involved.
