When it came to features and integrations, ordering.co had a lot more to offer than we initially needed. This is a robust platform. Ultimately, it comes down to the people who make up the company. From the sign up process, to on boarding emails, and follow up emails, we sensed an internal cohesiveness among the support team. It felt as though everyone at ordering.co were on the same page, everyone seemed informed, helpful and collectively positive. Our advice would be to email them with your questions. Keep in mind, the more clearly you communicate your concerns, the more effectively they will be able to resolve them. We sent ordering.co support team a detailed email that included eighteen (18) requests. 16 out of the 18 requests were addressed and implemented within 24 hours. This level of attentiveness deserves acknowledgement.
