Strange and Bizarre Customer Support!!
I don't know how to describe it, but I have been with this company for 6 months and used to sign in through portal. Now they don’t have a sign in page and asked me to go through my email for a link they sent before 6 months or I have to book a ticket.. to log into my own account??
Customer support (co-founder Alonso) himself tries his best to act smart and outsmarts me (falsely) to make me think that I don’t need a signing in page and pretends that it is for my safety?? which is by far NOT !! as I have many accounts that are more important and secured but never been asked to book a ticket to sign in to my own account which is so bizarre!!

Unfortunately, the reviewer has been tracked by the company and intimidated to delete the review (documented- forms of subtle intimidation include: deleting all the accounts' website information regardless of continued payments and time spent in building the website data..etc. ) otherwise the review will be considered as an aggressive act from the side of the reviewer according to the Ordering policy?
Aren’t reviews supposed to be honest, true and reflect the reviewer's opinion of the company.
I am sure that companies are not allowed to breach the privacy of their clients and put their names on a public platform unless it is already posted on their website and available for public use. While no authentic evidence showed in the TB/reviewer original review that the reviewer is an account holder (himself or anyone working on his team), the company predicted or …used something else to figure out the author of the review and addressed him by the name?? I think- if correct - clients information is supposed to be protected and not put publicly with no evidence nor agreement - which obviously was not the case in the Ordering's reply.
I am writing this just to make sure that my voice is heard and the company respond in this manner could lead to a legal action against the Trustpilot platform and the company itself- here I think Trustpilot could have a role/say in clarifying the issue- if the company continued to put unsolicited clients information on Trustpilot public platform and on the other side intimidates them -using another online platform like what's up as stated in the company's reply- by insinuating that they will wipe client's data for security reasons because a review was posted on your platform. This really shows a conflicting message to the Trustpilot's audiences- whom I respect the most- as it gives one sided view of the incident as more is happening behind the scene by the Ordering company operators via another platform (what's up)
I think an enterprise account holder in Ordering company -who paid for at least 5 consecutive months with no actual orders executed yet and real payment gateway paid for (which hopefully your company will execute at the right time if requested ) and given that one of the staff has already responded to you (via what's up as you indicated and documented by us if officially requested)- is entitled for an apology and recognition of fault/misconduct from your side or at least inconvenience before acting like nothing has happened .. meeting will be will be requested after clearing this..

I think back to the website I first started with, which was a simple online marketplace. I put it together myself using the Magento platform. Then I approached many companies and freelancers who said they could provide a full delivery system. I learned the hard way and lost money with them. I discovered Ordering.co and this time I asked many questions before any payment. Now I stop and look at the Ordering.co system I have today and realise it would have been impossible for me to get to this stage without their constant improvements to the software, and their excellent support.

After tying out different On-Demand-Delivery portals, we gave Ordering.co a try. Right from the very start, it felt that we’ve found the portal that we’ve been looking for! Everything is so intuitive that you don’t really waste much time in figuring things out. If you do get stuck somewhere, they have a detailed user guide which covers almost every issue that you might have. On top of that they have these videos which you can watch and see exactly how things are done. We, however are very “illiterate” when it comes to setting up things. This is where their marvelous support team helped us. They’re just great! They handle issues very fast and make sure that you can continue to take care of your core business instead of having to troubleshoot the configurations etc.
We are a very small company with a VERY tight budget. It wouldn’t have been possible to make use of their great product if the CEO Alonso didn’t help us with the ‘workarounds’ for the requirements that we had. We strongly recommend Ordering.co to anyone who is looking to generate more revenue in these difficult times. I've signed to Platinum and Purchased PRO Apps. Ordered Customization service which was completed, however. I have created number of tickets that were taken and answered timely. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the project due to the lack of time the project lunch needs from my side so I've requested refund to the company. They've confirmed it just now not only for the apps i purchased but also the custom works that where done by Ordering.co team.
