Unexpected Price Hike and Poor Customer Respect

I subscribed to Orderry in mid-2023 based on a fair and reasonable price. That price was presented as the standard plan — not a discount. However, the following year, the subscription price was doubled without any prior notice.

As a long-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of transparency and the way loyal users are treated. When I asked about it, I was only offered small discounts — far from what I had been paying before — and the response was basically “take it or leave it.”

On top of that, they suggested switching to a different system (RemOnline) without the ability to transfer full historical data — which would make any move risky and costly for businesses.

I’ve used many SaaS platforms before and never experienced this kind of pricing behavior. I cannot recommend Orderry anymore and will be using another software with more transparent and fair pricing.
