Grubhub'supposed to be a free delivery…

Grab is supposed to be a free delivery food service but in actuality the 7 dollar hamburger purchase turns out to be 21 dollars and some cents because grub keeps adding all kinds of fee Amazon should be ashamed to have her grab her with their prime purchase. I do not recommend Grubhub to anyone. . I see their Grubhub's rating is two stars and deservedly so!

Trash experience

Trash experience. They deliver food to the wrong address and charge you.

Dickie Scruggs from my hometown... I am starting a class action lawsuit against the top 4 food delivery services in the United States. Buckle up.

Poor service all around

They let the drivers deliver without insulated bags. The food is always terrible by the time it arrives because of that. Then you have to waste a half hour with support while they repeatedly ask the same questions to try and offer you a $5 credit. If you pay for food and receive inedible garbage, either send a replacement order that is edible, or refund the order. But no, they want you to jump through hoops and waste your time. Customer service is as poor as their drivers, who leave your food on the floor of the hallway and don't even have the courtesy to knock and let you know.

Never Again!!!

I cancelled my subscription to GrubHub because missing, late & incomplete orders became the norm. Then my credit card company gave me a free year. I broke down & ordered dinner today & surprise, surprise my order arrived incomplete. Nobody's perfect, mistakes are made, but somebody, somewhere along the line has to be responsible. Now if I could just get a response of any kind from their customer service, I'd be happier than I am right now!

Great fast and food hot.The drivers are very nice good Christian people.I think it is great that they are really a God send to the elderly and other Americans that can't get out and get food. They are doing their part to help Make America Great Again.God bless them and America.

We did an order today at the office and…

We did an order today at the office and did not receive our food. GrubHub offered FIFTY PERCENT only back. Are you serious? The driver probably ate our food, got paid AND got a tip. Crappiest service/customer service EVER. Save your money and use a better service like Waiter Express or Uber Eats. Seriously not worth the pain and agony... they STOLE OUR MONEY. I rate them at -10/5 stars.
