Drinking water from a muddy bog
Just tested this out on a trip to the source of the River Severn (bit of water running out of a muddy bog) the filter worked perfectly, clean drinkable water with no chemical taste, excellent.

A handy travel water filter bottle
Amazing water filter bottles for when you're travelling and can't find a source of water anywhere, apart from a lake! I carry it everywhere with me for these moments. Great stuff!

I love this filter! My hair is so much softer and my skin is less dry, all after a couple of weeks of using it.
I could not recommend this enough, particularly for dry natural curly hair or for those with dry skin. Amazing results!

Very good product. Healthy for skin, hair and the plants. Still there is some limescale after but much less than without. Easy to install only 5min

Over a week later, item still hasn't shipped.
I placed my order two weeks before a trip out of the country. Shipping info stated 5-7 business days so I figured I had plenty of time. It is now over a week later and the item hasn't even shipped. Guessing I probably will not receive my WaterWell bottle in time for my trip. This was the only reason I purchased this water bottle. Very disappointed.

I’ve also looked into your order details and can see that your order was entered on the system 02.08.2021 19:57:07 and the shipping label created on the 10th of February. Your order was sent USPS first class tracked mail, it should have left our warehouse the same day. We're waiting for the warehouse to confirm this or reply back with any corrective action to ensure you can get your order before you leave for your trip.
Please accept our sincere apologies that these tracking details were not sent to you sooner, we are carrying out an internal audit as to why the tracking details were not sent to you and what we can do to improve our service so this does not happen again.
Please note we do specify delivery 5-7 working days for delivery so there is a chance that your order could yet to be delivered within the next 2 days (5-7 business days after you placed your order.)
In the meantime as a token of our apology, we have initiated a full refund. This will be returned to your original payment method within 5 working days.
We will update you as soon as we hear back from the warehouse and will do our best to ensure you still get your bottle in time for your trip.

Brilliant Service
Finally bought my husband the waterwell filtration bottle , found it such a good experience from easy ordering to delivery within 2 days couldn’t have asked for better.
In regards the bottle very good quality but we are yet to test the filtration part as last time he went out walking they never had chance to use it so will leave a better review once it has been fully tested

Filter works, water is softer and no limescale build up.
