Abbii and Michael from Support

TERRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE

TERRIBLE SUPPORT SERVICE
The software is good, BUT support service costs £9000 a year, you can only have 5 users to raise a ticket, meaning that people have to raise tickets on the behalf of others.
Once a ticket is raised you will be lucky to get a response in 3 days, their favourite response time is just before 5pm, ensuring that no one is in the office. The response is usually in the form of a help file, they will promptly close the ticket before you get a chance to respond.
This results in multiple tickets being raised, lost function for weeks at at time, and issues going unresolved meaning the team have to create ineffective work arounds.
0/10, would not recommend, Orderwise is without a doubt the worst company that I have to engage with during my working life.

Great employees

I have been working with Joe C at Orderwise now on multiple projects and cannot praise him enough. Contstantly going above and beyond and ensuring the project is carried out to it's entirety.

Quick response to my OrderWise problem

Hannah Reilly came back quickly to sort out a login issue I was having with OrderWise.

From previous experience with Hannah, I can say this is very typical of her approach to customer problems.

Fantasic Support

I had some problems with my OrderWise in our business, and had contacted OrderWise for support, as we needed the program operational, ASAP. Within a very short time, I was contacted by one of their support engineers, Hannah and she had a facility to even remotely connect to my work PC! My issue was resolved in around 8 minutes and everything is back to normal. Thank you Hannah for your quick support, much appreciated.
