Hannah was really helpful

Hannah was really helpful. She explained all of the issues at hand in detail and also explained how we need to solve the issues that are out of her control. Our issue was solved within a few minutes. She was patient and really easy to talk with. Thank you!

Customer care lacking

We experienced an issue with scheduled weekly reports not coming through - when this works, it's a great time-saving resource, but it does drop out probably once per month on Orderwise's side. The issue was solved in a sense but I felt that minimum effort was given, leaving us to do leg work to ensure the reports landed, all due to an issue not of our making.

We are a small business with minimal in-house Developer knowledge. In my mind, if an Orderwise issue has stopped one of our processes from happen, they should resolve, rather than push on to us.

Dave H Training

Did 4 days of product training with Dave. First and foremost, a very well mannered and understanding trainer who encouraged questions and interaction throughout to suit us. Clearly very knowledgeable on the product itself and on the rare occasion an answer could not be provided immediately, it was followed up in a timely manner. Absolutely no issues or concerns at all, would recommend!

Really quick and helpful

We had a query regarding courier codes on our system and having these integrate with our courier labels. Hannah R was really helpful and sent us a full list of codes and a step-by-step of how to upload these within 24 hours. The issue has now been resolved thanks to Hannah and the courier labels are working as they should!

Making the time to understand our issue

Michael Jackman

The individual engineer in question, Michael Jackman, was first rate. Lighting fast to reply, efficient in his assessment and remediation of the issue and very patient whilst explaining what he was doing and why. The experience morphed into a quick training session whilst i watched him in action on my screen which i found very helpful in deed.
