Contacted Orelia Customer Service, as had an issue with late delivery of my order, entirely due to Royal Mail and wondered if they could help. They were very supportive and responded to my query very quickly. It was happily resolved as eventually my order did turn up. A,ways find Orelia a very nice company to deal with.

I recently discovered Orelia and I'm so glad I did. The range of jewellery is amazing as there is something to suit every one. From the purchase through to the after sales experience, everything is impeccable. I really love stacking jewellery and I've found some lovely gold pieces on the website that I now wear regularly. Highly recommend for beautiful jewellery at affordable prices.

I’m absolutely in love with these emerald huggie hoops! The quality is exceptional — the gold finish is smooth and lustrous, and the green stones catch the light beautifully throughout the day.

SCAM! I ordered jewelry for my partner on the 10th of January and still haven’t received my items. I’ve emailed multiple times and had one response asking for details they already had. My item was sent back to country of origin when it arrived in the uk when I had to chase up from the delivery company. It was requested to be returned, not by me may I add. I’m still waiting for either a delivery of the items or a refund. Awful customer service 👎🏻 I have read a review of the same thing happening to someone else which was what made me quite hesitant to buy the products. It was plastered all over my social media which was what made me look into the products. Trust your gut and don’t use this company

I was very impressed with this company's customer service. My husband gave me a gift card for Christmas and I couldn't get the code to work, so contacted Orelia on their online enquiry form. The first morning they reopened after Christmas they had sorted it out for me and I was able to place my order. I find their jewellery pretty and contemporary and it's a reasonable price, particularly in the sale!

First class customer service from Orelia. Absolutely brilliant. Replaced and sorted my issue with a ring immediately. Resent a new one without any back and forth. Polite and very timely responses. Excellent.

I ordered silver huggie hoop earrings for a Christmas present for my niece. Unfortunately the delivery company decided to return back to seller without my authorization. I sent an email to Orelia explaining this, within 24 hours they called me to replace the item and sent next day delivery at no extra cost to myself. Thank you so much. My niece will now receive her beautiful gift in time for Christmas. I will definitely order from Orelia again.

The chain feels super lightweight but solid, and the 18k gold plating gives it that warm, festive glow.
