I’m frustrated, i have send multiple emails to this company about an order#52005 , they just apologized but they don’t send it or lets me claim my money, but then an order i made 2 weeks after #53419 is already shipped 😡

Shipping took three weeks. I did not receive all of my order and they will not give me a refund or send rest of my order. Do not order from this company.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY**If I could give them ZERO stars I would. DO NOT buy from this company. Look at their complaints they have on the better business bureau’s website! All the complaints have something in common: they have scammed several people, they don’t respond to emails, they will block you on social media if you reach out to inquire about your order, they delete negative comments. I ordered from them at the end of November. My order was never delivered. I tried to get in touch with them for THREE weeks and they were unresponsive to the emails I sent. They have no published phone number. They blocked me when I very politely reached out on IG & Tik Tok for help. I would NEVR buy anything from them again. Thankfully, I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back.

I am so pissed I didn't read these reviews before dropping 130 dollars with them for 3 body butters on Nov 24th. The fake tracking number sits with no update for 3 weeks and they won't respond to my email or requests for response or shipment. They just steal people's money. I filed report with consumer protection and will contact my states attorney General about this scam company

This is an outrageously disappointing company. I purchased after an influencer shilled their body oils and one arrived smelling entirely like plastic - nothing else (the gourmand one specifically). These are insanely expensive oils and they smell like nothing more than petrochemicals are you kidding? It is absolutely horrendous, and I reached out to the support staff 3 times with no response for now over a month before finally leaving this review. It’s true, as others have stated - they DO NOT respond. This is a scam, rip off, terrible company. Avoid at all costs, and file your chargebacks accordingly.

I ordered from them on November 24th I haven't received anything or heard anything from them I went on shop and it says "on the way " never will I order from this company again. So I will just stick with over the counter body butter...
Today 12/11/2025 I just received my order and it's not what I ordered but I will keep it and I will never order from them again

I placed an order a few days ago and I haven’t received any updates. I sent them an email and also a message on their Instagram account and still nothing. Now I’m reading reviews stating that they have bad customer service and are very unresponsive. Some people also state that they’re a scam and now I’m regretting patronising their brand. This is so unfair. These companies need to start taking responsibility and being considerate of their customers. I’m never buying from them again.

Evil company who steal from people NEVER order unless you can afford the loss

Same as others on here. I paid them. They took my money. And then they ignored me when I started reaching out after a month of hearing nothing. Started hiding and blocking my comments on insta and when I filed a complaint with the BBB was told they can’t do anything bc essentially there is no mailing address or contact information for this company. It’s a total scam and I just hope others find out before they get scammed as well.

Order was placed over 3 weeks ago, still not assigned a tracking number or received any update regarding my order.

Worst customer servive i have ever seen. My order has been stuck on “label created” for over 2 weeks. I have emailed them 4 times. Messaged them on instagram and no answer even thought they claim to answer the next working day. I also commented on their tiktok account asking them to contact me and my comment was deleted. Will never buy from this company again and i hope i can get a refund
