Problem at pick-up point
Pleased with the product but there was a problem at the Pick-up point. The shop owner said she nearly rejected the parcel when it was delivered by a Royal Mail driver as her shop didn't accept deliveries from them.
Also, I don't recall having an email to advise me that the parcel was ready for collection.
