The experience was pleasant enough easy to order everything was received. After the first wash, one of the bras is full of loose threads now. Gentle cycle, cold water, air dry. Quality just not there.
I like some of the other bras I got we’ll see how long they last

Customer Service is Wonderful
I had a horrible experience - Fedex lost my package. Not very happy about that, first time incident for me. I was worried; I thought I had lost the money and the clothing I had picked out. The best part of this incident was having Victoria and Christian assist me with this issue and they resolved it within the same week I reached out and they were very kind/ understanding. I'm very thankful for their help and it's 5 stars from me!! I appreciate it very much! Thank you very much team :) I would recommend if you have any issues to reach out to the team.

Nice clothes but such a hassle when you are busy trying to work.
So many emails back and forth and they did not read what I had written or answer the questions asked fully. They also responded in Danish I believe several times
Orders I place were out of stock TWICE.
Long waits.
Exchanges not completed in full.
Then I was expected to pay postage for one pair of knickers that they had left off.

Sorry for the inconvenience and hassle you have experienced.
Once again, we would like to apologise for the out of stock item that we couldn't fulfil as we had no stock left. It rarely happens, but we will review if there's anything we can do to avoid it in the future as it's of course frustrating not receiving what you order.
Regarding the Danish auto-reply, it was triggered because your message only contained an order number, so our system couldn’t detect the language. I’m sorry for any confusion that caused.
On response times: our goal is always to get back as quickly as possible, and from the thread it looks like we replied within about a day on average. It also seems you missed a couple of our emails according to your explanation to us on email. This resulted in a bit of a wait.
As for postage: since the unavailable item was refunded in full, any new order for a different colour or size would need to be placed separately. I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear earlier.

One of my favourite brands for high quality products. Sometimes the prices can be a bit high but they do good sales. The customer service team are really helpful! I made an accidental order and immediately reached out to cancel it and they were very quick to act. Thank you Victoria especially!

Organic Basics is my new obsession! Everything I’ve ordered has been of amazing quality and super comfortable as well. I recently received the wrong color top in my order and within less than 24 hours, Pernille from the customer care team responded to my email and sent the correct color my way! I am so impressed with this company! A note on the sizing- follow the measurement guide instead of your typical “s,m,l, etc” sizing and you should be all good!
