Great buds work well for medicinal purposes, price points are fair. Surpassed my expectations will order again.

Their products actually help, which is why I’ve stuck with them over the years. I’m more old-school and not really into the Delta stuff but their tinctures and rub balm has always been effective and consistent for me.

Hi, I’ve been eyeing this company for a min but would never try because of lack luster reviews. I was surprised because we had great communication, and not only that I picked Priority Mail (which I usually don’t do but it was just $2 more so I said why not) and I received my item 2 DAYS later. I was impressed. I’m not saying this will be everyone’s experience but they got me as a customer for life

Just kana or whatever your name is I had the wrong service though your company. I will never place another order with you all again because I placed a order with Justkana and had to go through hoops about my order then they didn’t respond when I said that I wanted my money refunded back to me. So they didn’t send my order and no refund until I took care of it from my end. I can’t believe it and I will never deal or order from your company again.

I placed a 6 item order in December 2022. Upon arrival it was missing an item (a costly one at that so I’m sure it was easy for them to verify my claim). I sent them photo of the order as it arrived and they were able to confirm the missing item and ship it out same day. Very good flower, I’ve been ordering for years and clearly very good customer service.

After several okay orders I received a product that was open and the bottle was not clean. I would also note that the product is an oil (oral) tincture It was open and the bottle was dirty. That is very unsanitary!! I tried calling several times. I tried contacting them through customer support several times. Unfortunately all I get is an voice prompt and a directive to e-mail customer support. I've told a lot of my senior networking associates about this site and about their products for medicinal purposes only. The product may be okay for pain and relaxation but the customer service is a no star at all. They are quick to respond when you are making a purchase but after they get your money it's the typical B.S. I only asked that they replace the product that did not have a seal, was open and appeared to have been used, There website claims a response within 24 hours, It's been four days and 5 e-mails. I am not out of a lot of money but I would encourage you to find another company for your purchases, We recently ordered our products from another on-line entity. It cost more but it was always quality and we always got a live person with a customer service issue. I don't think I will be spending any more of my money on this site but I am calling all of my associates and warning them about the product I received and the customer service that has never been provided.

My review, is based on the fact that I ordered a package from your company. I paid an additional $3.99 for shipping and handling.
However, my package was 1Lb 7 Oz, but you rated it at 6 Oz. Meaning; I had to pay an additional $5.27 and go directly to the post office to pick up my order.
When I called, there was ZERO customer service. You don't offer refunds? What?

Seemingly FAKE LAB REPORTS, labs missing purity results.

I just ordered about $200 worth of stuff from them total mistake. I read a bunch of reviews and stuff on different websites. I even read full length articles about them but now I'm starting to realize they may have written all of those themselves. In fact, I heard it heavily suggested from several other sources that that is exactly what they do. They say that their hemp flower is fully lab tested then you look at the lab certificates and they don't test for heavy metals or pesticides so basically no safety testing at all. They're only testing for the amount of different cannaboids. I figured this out after I opened one of my jars of Delta-8 it reeked of chemicals so I was concerned and double-checked the labs. Sure enough they didn't list any of the testing of toxic substances.

I also bought a full ounce of fruity pebbles hemp flower. It smells fine and tastes kind of sweet when you're smoking it, not really a very good flavor. Pretty strong CBD and frankly, even though it doesn't taste good, I like it a lot. But I think I have to throw it all away now because once again the lab reports left out any mention of pollutants. I really wish the hemp industry was more regulated like the marijuana industry is when it comes to the safety of the products.

Coming from somebody who just flushed $200 down the toilet I highly advise you to not purchase anything from these people. Also when I had an issue with their website and couldn't access some of the lab tests they sent me a kind of rude email and told me there was nothing wrong with the website. They sent me a snarky response informing me that they were able to click on it just fine. Thanks guys. Strange how it's still not working on my end unless I follow the link you sent me in an email, which I'm guessing is most likely a doctored up lab report. Sure this is all just my opinion but I did just read in another sub Reddit that people had called the lab with all of the information from the reports and found out it was all falsified so even the portion of lab results that they have listed are allegedly fake.

Product is all grown outdoors per rep I spoke to on the phone after 2 days of waiting for a call back. He then began to tell me he doesn't understand, he loves it. I was speechless. They then tell me it says all photos do not represent any of their product. He also informed me that his company NEVER GIVES ANY REFUNDS. Buyer Beware.
