Scam company that doesn’t stand by…
Scam company that doesn’t stand by their fulfillment methods. They ship formula with literally zero packaging which is why they have an entire page dedicated to dented product. How about they practice safe shipping practices and people wouldn’t have to jump through hoops to prove their product is damaged. Joke of a company and they price gouge the absolute sh*t out of the products they carry it’s not even funny. Scammers, stay away. Thank me later.
EDIT (Update): Company claims to not have me in their database which is hilarious. Order# 1284038 placed on May 9th. The company’s response highlights the lack of integrity and customer service they have to offer. Again, stay away! Scam scam scam

I am incredibly sorry to hear that your cans arrived damaged. Global transit can sometimes be rough on packages, and I completely understand your concern when it comes to your baby's formula. Please rest assured that every item leaves our warehouse in the same pristine condition it arrives in from Kendamil in Europe.
I took a look at our system and noticed that our support team previously reached out to request photos of the damage. Because couriers like FedEx require full documentation to validate transit damage, we unfortunately couldn't file a formal claim or move forward with a standard replacement without those images.
That being said, as a parent myself, I know firsthand how stressful managing formula can be, and we truly want you to have a positive experience with us. Amazing Experience
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this company. The formula has been a great fit for my baby, who enjoys every bottle and has been doing really well on it.
What impressed me most was the delivery speed—it arrived in just 3 days, which is incredible considering it was shipped from Europe to the US. Erika was so helpful and quick to respond to me. I was indecisive on which formula to get and asked for information from her after I placed my order, she responded in probably less than 10 minutes!! They make ordering so easy and if you ave any questions, you have a personal assistant guiding you through literally any questions or concerns one may have. The product is amazing. Best formula we’ve tried for our baby Luka
As a first-time mom, finding a formula I truly trusted for Luka was so important to me. Easy to navigate site & easy to order what you need.
Our pediatric recommended switching formulas, so I decided to try the Hipp hypoallergenic one. It was easy to find on this website and the order process was easy as well. I appreciated the transparency about the recurring order information and pricing, and the fact that nothing was hidden so if you choose to cancel a subscription it is possible with a few simple clicks. Shipping was decently fast as well especially considering the distance it had to come from.

Does Wonders for Reflux/Spit Up Issues
This formula was a game changer for my baby’s reflux. She was spitting up so much of my breast milk and other formulas. We couldn’t even lay her flat to change a diaper or for tummy time within two hours of feeding without her spitting up a significant amount. HIPP anti reflux works so well. She barely spits up at all anymore, and she was a pretty severe case. We were actually very close to starting Pepcid, which our pediatrician had already prescribed. I’ve heard people say that even the regular HIPP helps with reflux, but in our case we chose the anti reflux version after trying other anti reflux formula brands that simply did not work for her.
Also, I know babies eventually outgrow their spit up issues but I’m confident that us changing to HIPP didn’t just coincide with that, because one time we ran out and went back to another brand of anti reflux (we are in the U.S so we need to get this imported from Europe) and she immediately started spitting up again.
