I’ve heard about this company through a friend that’s also buying formula from this company. I am buying the hipp formula right now and my baby enjoys it a lot. When I have questions about the product or other products that are from the site, staff are very responsive and are very informal about the products that I am asking about. Overall I think they are doing a great job and I would highly recommend this product to other moms or future mom to be.

Arrived fast and in perfect condition
Everything arrived fast and in perfect condition, despite crossing an ocean to get here! Kabrita's Goat Milk Formula was making my baby super constipated but I read that Holle is also a very high quality brand and the switch to Holle's Cow Milk Formula Stage 2 was seamless, and all constipation issues are gone! No more having to add donated breastmilk, chicory root fiber, and probiotics to my baby's formula to keep them regular, their stools are much softer and come 2-3 times a day, and my baby seems happier.

Fast Shipping, Great Product, but Overpriced
I ordered HiPP formula from Organic Best and overall had a very positive experience. Shipping was very fast and the order arrived much quicker than expected, which I really appreciated.
The formula itself is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for for my baby.
The only reason I’m removing one star is the pricing. The milk is already expensive, and the shipping adds even more on top. It is also noticeably marked up compared to the price per can in Europe, which makes it feel quite costly overall.
That said, the reliability, fast shipping, and access to a trusted organic formula make it worth ordering again when needed.

As you might be aware, shipping between Europe and the US comes at great cost. Added to the shipping costs (which unfortunately keep rising given the situation in the Middle East and the gas prices), we also have the tariffs being applied on behalf of the US which add an additional layer of costs. All of this added up, reflects the prices that you are seeing.
As much as we wish we could sell the products at a much lower price, we need to adjust the prices to reflect the shipping and handling costs, and still make our business sustainable, in turn making it feasible to offer our products to families abroad. Otherwise, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to make the products available to customers worldwide.
We hope for your understanding. Nonetheless, we thank you for your feedback and review. Hopefully this explanation helps to clarify the situation and can give you a different perspective to it.
We have also emailed this explanation and would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
