Ordered 8 cartons of rice milk. They arrived in 2 boxes, both covered in a lots of plastic tape. Opened the boxes to find each carton individually wrapped in bubble wrap! Totally unnecessary overuse of plastic, very disappointing. Especially as they come in trays of 8, so 1 tray could have been sent with way less packaging.
I’ve now placed two online orders with Organic to your Door, and the service has been excellent. I received my second order today, which was again very carefully packed, via tracked post. Several years ago I was a customer at their busy shop, the Haelan Centre, but am no longer in London, and was searching for an online source for all the products I buy regularly. I always found exactly what I wanted in the store, so it’s great to now be able to order from the website. I will continue to buy from Organic to your Door, and thoroughly recommend!
