While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

ORGAZM is an independent UK online boutique offering sex toys, lubricants, lingerie and couples' products from established brands including LELO, Svakom, Sliquid and Bound to Please. We provide clear product information, discreet packaging and UK delivery. ORGAZM is run by Talented Group Ltd, based in Wigan. Discretion comes as standard. Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging from a neutral sender name, and card payments show as SP TG RETAIL on your bank statement, not ORGAZM. UK delivery is £5.99, and free on orders over £50. Orders are dispatched by our UK fulfilment partner, and we email tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. Product pages list materials wherever the maker states them, and each category has a plain-English buying guide, so you can choose with confidence whether it's your first toy or your fiftieth. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we also offer 30-day returns on unused items in their sealed original packaging. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll put it right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Questions? Email customerservice@orgazm.co.uk. ORGAZM is for adults aged 18 and over.
