Online Purchase - bad experience

I ordered a piece of furniture on line. I was then told there was a glitch on the system and the item had already been sold. As my order was accepted and my money paid out I was entitled to receive the item or offered another item of similar standard in its place - I was rather not given any options but advised that a refund would be issued. I have other pieces from OrianaB but to be honest this experience has left me thinking I will go elsewhere going forward.

Unfortunately, due to a system error, the ex-display item you ordered had already been sold prior to your purchase being processed. As soon as this was identified, we contacted you promptly the following morning to explain the situation. As we did not have another suitable piece available at that time, a full refund was issued immediately.

We apologise unreservedly for the mistake and also apologised to you at the time on email.
We are sorry that you have had this experience with Oriana B and it was a genuine mistake on our part which we endeavoured to rectify as soon as it was discovered.

Oriana B has so many beautiful pieces — every time I visit I find something I love. The staff are always super nice, welcoming and helpful. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to because the atmosphere is lovely and the selection is great. Highly recommend! 😊

Shopping at Oriana B is one of…

As usual shopping at Oriana B is one of life's pleasures. Being surrounded by beautiful things, the passion they have for design and their attention to detail, the pleasant manner towards their customers; (someone buying a candlestick is made to feel as welcome and looked after as a customer taking on a full re-decor.
