No communication, unacceptable.
Had a problem with an order from orientaltreasure.co.uk dated 25/09/2018.
Sent them an email on the 28th September asking to provide me with a tracking number (no reply..).
On the 4th October I received an automated message that my order was processing.
On the 12th October I checked the website and the order was still processing. I sent them another email.
On the 13th October they changed the order into delivered, needless to say I haven't received my packet. I sent them a 3rd email.
I am waiting for a reply...
No communication, unacceptable.
