Great shop, got what i needed, got delivered super fast in EU zone. Thank you!

Amazing store with high variety of very salty products overloaded with salt and sugar. Rhe variety is stunning but come on , I can't even end the dish without being disgusted and that's after small dip of variety products. No matter how many times i tried to adjust the recipe , it's never an easy task. Cooking with Amazing Oriental is quite a bother.

Bought 2 dorada and 1 Seppia "fresh" . When I opened the package they made it was smelling like death. Not fresh at all and inconsiderate to sell food that suppose to go in the trash bin instead. Really scandalous.

At Amazing Oriental Den Bosch for once and last visit. They sell tear off and rotten vegetables for 1 euro a packet. I asked the chinese lady who speaks Mandarin , why do they sell them as it is not edible. I was given an answer to decide by myself. What a service, I will no longer support this store business.

I did placed three orders. The first and two the delivery company did the mistake. First time sent to the wrong address luckily is next door. The shop communicate to get it back. The second time we decided to pick it up it was wrong address again but luckily went to pick up location in our neighborhood. My last time I did placed the order on 23 Sep then only have seen the status even now that it was packed but not carry to delivery company yet all only dry food like noodles or maggi sauce. Can just do normal delivery. Then on 26 I had a chat with robot from their shop I guess. They said took sometimes then nothing on 29 Sep. So I sent email to customer services on 29 Sep morning and still no response no action still said it was packed. Then I said if you don't want to do business just cancel my order and refund money to my bank account. That's it will see how the shop response. Not sure what happening with their sale management, so far not recommend it.

I had a great experience with ordering from their website. The prices are reasonable. I got my package really quickly and the tracking worked perfectly. The 2 bowls I ordered were wrapped carefully, so they didn't break during shipping. I even got a little gift for chinese new year, which I’m very happy about. I will order from them again in the future and I can recommend them. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!

I was overcharged by €42.00 on my last visit, Last week. Didn't check my receipt until I reached home.

Emailed and left messages on their Facebook page but no response yet.

After a few weeks, Kelvin responded and I had my refund back.

My gratitude and sincere apology for the initial 1 star review that I gave.

Will definitely come back and shop again.

I only shop here 'cause of the products. But it's by far an enjoyable supermarket to be in and visit. It does not matter who you speak to, one by one is grumpy, impatient and unbelievably unkind.

There was this one time when I asked a lady at the butcher section. To get a piece of pork belly, she asked about the weight. I answered back and after she weighed the porc and asked again. I answered her again. But she snapped very badly at me, the moment after I clarified. (for the second time)

Another time, when I spoke a woman to check out. She was very impatient and rude when I confirmed I already checked the ceramic beforehand. She only gave me one piece of paper and a plastic bag, which was hardly enough to protect the whole bowl. It was only wrapped around the inner part of the bowl not enough for the other parts. I was happy to not have damaged the bowl after I cycled back to my home.

My overall experience in Eindhoven is bad specifically this place, there are hardly any kind of people involved in this store.

Since I know PostNL does not deliver at my address, prior to placing the order I emailed the shop and asked if there was a way to redirect the shipping to a PostNL pick up point. I was told it was possible to select a PostNL point on the shipping day.
Not only did I have to ask for my tracking number, to then have the surprise to see I can't select a pick up point.
I email the shop again and I have been told this is my problem and if I don't go pick up the parcel where it has been left (will take me 2hrs and transportation costs), they will charge me additional 6.95€.
I was given fake information and it's all my problem.
If I could I would give zero stars to this "customer I don't care" service

Foreign residents can only pay by cash as they don’t take foreign payment cards. Not expected at all and no ATM nearby (20min drive). So plan enough cash or don’t come to shop here!

Good selection of food from different corners of Asia, especially Indonesia and Thailand. I was glad to see an amazing Nin Jiom Cough Syrup and HaiDiLao hot pot mixes.
Wish they had more fish tofu options though (

Delivered faster than expected. One item was not delivered and I got a refund the next day automatically

It was a problem with post.nl (the postman/driver from post.nl was a few hours late with the delivering but it was his first day at work so i forgive hem) the customers services of this shop is just AMAZING, the lady on the phone was super helpful and very very kind, the products are of high quality and the price is great, i will definitely order again! It was my first order but definitely not the last one. I'm very satisfied with the products and services of this shop and i highly recommend it, you deserve a lot more stars :) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

They don't reply to emails, it's extremely frustrating and for that reason I cannot recommend them.

I had one simple query, I contacted them via two email addresses and I even contacted them on Facebook before writing this review but it seems they don't care about following through with customers.
